Ich weiß nicht, dass ich zuerst einchecken muss, ich kann nur einen kostenlosen Parkplatz bekommen, versehentlich auf dem Gästeparkplatz parken und weitere RM2 ausgeben. Die Aussicht war schön.

Der Service ist gut und das Personal freundlich. Mehr Bedenken hinsichtlich der Ausstattung und Belüftung des Toilettenraums. Ich schätze, dass das Zimmer aufgrund des muffigen Geruchs beim Einchecken etwas unangenehm ist. Das muss verbessert werden. Flur und Zimmer sind geräumig für 4 Personen. Das Bett ist in Ordnung, aber das Kissen ist etwas hart. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut und ist kühl. Der Poolbereich auf Ebene 23A bietet eine hervorragende Aussicht. Auch die Wachen sind freundlich. Fragen Sie alles, sie werden uns zeigen, wie wir unser Auto auf Ebene 3 parken können. Vielen Dank.

Had a very comfortable stay at The Apple. They do provide a full set of amenities unlike what was stated in the listing, like shower gel, shampoo, clean towel and toothbrush as well. Hot water was available throughout my stay as well. Moreover, it is easy to reach out to the host via WhatsApp. No major issues given that I stayed for 3 days, but it would be great if they could provide housekeeping for longer stays. The apartment is located right beside Courtyard hotel and on the edge of the main tourist area in Malacca. Location wise, it is one of the best as it is away from the traffic jam-prone areas and near to everywhere else that you may want to visit (like the Huskitory, several popular cafes etc).

Amazing hotel if you want to pamper yourself. Got a pool, a bookable gym, personal water machine in the kitchen - also fridge and microwave. I would have liked coffee cups instead of just glasses, some tea and coffee and how to actually get the hot water, but not s big deal. I think this room is meant to house 2-3 people, maybe can even fit four. It has a double bed, a single bed and another single bed that can be taken out. It has separate shower, bath tab, toilet and two bathroom sinks. Nice design and lots of space. Nice view. Location is good, but better use grab to go to places, not expensive. I am sure it can be arranged if needed, staff is nice and helpful. It has no daily cleaning, which can give more privacy.

What a horrible experience on the first day check in the room! Different type of Crawlies infested the room and bed. Complained to the front counter and request for refund due to severe emotional impact but no gesture to even try to resolve the issues. We were given an email ID and contact number to call and liaise with. The customer service lady did not provide any acceptable solutions and rudely hung up my call after I asked for her name. I believe this entire property is already infested with bugs and many crawlies and should not be listed until full inspection by the authorities. Beware and you have been warned!!!!!

The room design is odd, bathtub appeared in the center of the room, you have to pass through the 'bathtub area' to get to your bedroom. Very confusing Carpark system, very hard to find the designated Carpark lot. Sticky floor.

Very spacious and clean apartment right next to Courtyard Hotel. Not too far from Jonker street and lots of eateries around. Will definitely stay again next time.

Wonderful staycation in Apple Premier Suite. Incredible bath tab in the bathroom and wonderful design for the bathroom.

The suite is near the pink floating market! Lots of delicious choices. And entertainment for children is sufficient.

The Apple Premire Suite is located in the heart of Melaka - easy access to tourist spots nearby and good restaurants. The facility is very clean and comfortable, you can take a very good rest after traveling outside the whole day. Strongly recommend this hotel to the travelers who plan to visit Melaka.

However, I must mention a couple of concerns regarding the bathroom setup. The bath tub is situated in the middle of the room, which I found to be a somewhat unusual layout. This may not be ideal for those who prefer more privacy. Additionally, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bath tub area during my stay, which affected the overall comfort level. On a positive note, the hotel provides SK-Magic water dispenser machines in the units, which is a superb feature. It’s not only convenient, offering both hot and cold water instantly, but also eco-friendly, as it helps reduce the need for plastic water bottles. From what I observed, it seems that all units with the bath tub in the center come equipped with the SK-Magic water dispenser, adding a nice touch of convenience. While these issues may not be a dealbreaker for everyone, they are certainly worth considering before booking. Hopefully, the hotel can address these concerns, as the overall potential of the property is promising.
