We struggled to find a hotel in Medina but when i come across this hotel i took my chances and WOW i mean it was a gamble hardly any reviews but this hotel is so modern lookswise the room was so spacious Breakfast was delicious and most importantly the staff were so helpful & welcoming they have a free shuttle to the mosque. In my opinion this should be a 5 star hotel really enjoyed my stay :)

The staff were very friendly and very nice. Food was good also . However i found rooms very small for a family. There was no space to move about and not much space for luggages. With kids it was a tough one. The rooms had tub with shower on top. Not good for a disabled person. The hotels looks very posh from outside but is VERY outdated in the inside and old fashioned. It was not what i was expecting.. would would say this hotel ok if you just walking in and need a room desperately or you with group of people. Wouldnt say rooms are suitable for family with kids. No tables to eat on or chair in room so you need to sit on bed etc

One of the worst. Hygiene 0% , rooms upon check in was really not cleaned( example: there was hair on the bed, bathroom shower area had a blob of hair, W.C. not very clean) basically the entire room was not clean. Oh not to forget my friends room had a rotten apple behide a stand. And there is no Houskeeping staff to clean the room on daily basis. Next worst thing all equitments in the rooms is just for display. There is a telephone but not plugged, there is TV but no remote, wardrobe only 1 side is opening, the safe box is there but not working and i can go on. I understand this is not a 5 star hotel. But basic hygiene standard is not there 🙄 . Please do not book here. I stayed here because I had no choice and the other hotels were booked. Oh and 1 last thing, we did go to complain once but the security guy said there is no manager and he is the only one there( FYI that's in late night) being understanding we expected someone to come but no one came in our 2 night stay here. No one really cares, this hotel caters for group where no one has a choice in what hotel they are put into. Even when I checked the trip advisor now no comments from the hotel for the bad review, which only can mean they do not simply care (because its close masjid Nabawi that's their only advantage) If anyone is to book this hotel, I advice not to.

we went there during Ramadan and i know people will say the spiritual experience is more important but this is something i know i have to highlight as a warning to other pilgrims we were a party of 15 adults and kids arrived late at night we had booked 3 rooms when the receptionist and the porter said we could view the rooms first never done this in my life we went to see our room it was horrible so the porter offered us a different room not a upgrade as they are roughly all the same came down to reception the price had now gone up by over £150 to what we had booked on Booking .com which my wife queried so after a lot of arguing and another change of room we got the booked price the hotel is not nice needs a major refurbishment bathrooms have showers literally next to the toilet not a pleasant experience so watch out for price increases to what you book on plus untidy look

Einfach und dankbar eine frühe Eincheckung, die uns sehr Zeit gegeben, um zu besuchen Haram und zu beten. Ich hatte 2 Schlafzimmer, die den Haram auf einem der oberen Etagen überblickten, und es war besonders. Die Zimmer sind großzügig in Größe, gut ausgestattet mit Einrichtungen und 2 Badezimmer, was großartig ist, wenn Sie Jugendliche haben, die auch ihren eigenen Platz brauchen. Das Hotel liegt an der 36. Moschee (ca. 8 Minuten von Tür zu Tür) und besser für Männer als Frauen, die etwas weiter zu ihrem Eingang zu gehen. Das Hotel bietet offenbar auch Shuttle-Services, aber wir brauchten es nicht zu nutzen. Mit den Regierungsvorschriften und -vorschriften, die die Zeit, die wir dort haben, öffnen, wurde es mehr geschäftig und kann nur vorstellen, wie verpackt es wäre bei voller Schwung. Viele Gruppen und Tourbusse können eher überwältigend sein, um zu Zeiten Aufzüge/Aufzüge zu bekommen. Plus, mit so vielen Nationalitäten und Sprachen, es war eine echte Behandlung zu versuchen und zu kommunizieren, so immer geduldig und haben einen offenen Geist. Einfach zu bestellen Uber Services oder Taxi vor dem Hotel. Starbucks für Kaffeeliebhaber sind auch im Lobby verfügbar. Essen/Frühstücksservice war frisch und variiert, und wir hatten nie Probleme mit dem Service oder der Qualität. Nur ein Thema kam ins Spiel, als ich bei der Check-in für das Zimmer überlastet war und obwohl ich es ein paar Stunden später gefangen und es zu den Rezeptionen gebracht wurde, ergriff es eine erschütternde Anzahl von Folgemaßnahmen und leeren Versprechen, bevor es bei der Check-out korrigiert wurde. Auch dann war es wie Zähne ziehen und fast zu spät für unsere Abreise. Obwohl das Hotelteam versuchte, hilfreich zu sein, nur beachten, dass das Konzept der Geschwindigkeit und Effizienz nicht das gleiche ist wie in Amerika. Insgesamt würde ich dieses Hotel noch empfehlen, auch als AllAccor-Mitglied. Ich persönlich wurde keine zusätzlichen Vorteile angeboten, die im Großen Schema nicht wirklich einen Unterschied gemacht hätten, da wir einen der besten Orte auf der Erde besucht haben!
