BEWARE FAKE ADVERTISING OF ROOMS You will not get what you booked. I booked a quadruple room with a private kitchen. When I got to the property they gave me a tiny box room, which barely fit the bed. Half of the wall was actually a thin glassed window, which opens up to a communal kitchen. People were coming and going in the kitchen all night and it sounded as if they were in my room. I could hear everyone’s conversations. I literally went to see where all the noise was coming from and the rooms are so thin walled you can hear people from all over the hotel (too many rooms squashed together, separated by walls that may as well be cardboard) When I said that I booked the quadruple he denied that I had, despite the proof of the reservation. Check in process: The address on *********** was fake, so I was lost. A local helped me by calling the owner. The local was shocked at how rude the owner was on the phone. He said that he is busy and that I should message him on whatsapp (which I had done already a few times) I emailed him the day before and on the day of my time of arrival. I stated my name clearly each time, and he had the booking reservation from *********** Check in was at 2:30, and we were still trying to get a hold of him at 4pm. He disappeared. The cleaner would not allow me in, because she needed booking confirmation from the owner. (she would not accept the emails from *********** So I was stuck out in the rain waiting. I called and messaged him numerous times in vain. When the cleaner finally got through to him, he said that he has no idea who I am. Then the only message he sent me was ‘pay 55.000 and be gone by 12tomorrow’ Very rude and unprofessional (even scary) I asked for a discount because the room was very different to the one I booked. He refused. I could not sleep all night, because of the kitchen noise and lights, also the bathroom window is broken with a big hole in it so lots of insects were running about (cockroaches) and there was noise from the road. I told him that I need to rest a bit more because I could not sleep, so I asked for a later checkout and without exaggeration he spent the whole morning telling me to get out before 12:00. Despicable behaviour. The kitchen was dirty and greasy and the room was very stuffy because I had to keep the kitchen window closed. Nightmare and booking of course did nothing about all of this and did not even let me post a negative review! Probably so that they do not lose paying customers (businesses) but what is the point then? If you can only post positive reviews, then obviously *********** is useless CUIDADO CON PUBLICIDAD FALSA DE HABITACIONES No obtendrás lo que reservaste.
