Positive points: - Comfortable bed - Clean room (except the bathroom) - Smart tv with streaming apps (but you must have your own subscription) - Room size - parquet floor - Location Negative points - Deposit is a MUST (hotel thinks that any guest has malicious intent to steal room items. Please, they’re not even the top of the line). You cannot use this deposit to pay room service (maybe can if you deposit more, like much more). Upon checking out, the front desk will have sb checking the room before refunding your deposit. Geez. - soundproofing is non existent. You can hear ppl next door, the traffic, nearby train, and worst, the noise from the club on top floor). Tried staying in a room facing the pool. It helped to reduce some noise from traffic and train, but does not eliminate it (and they charge more for this room!!) - breakfast is basic - bathroom drainage cannot completely drain water. Take a shower in the evening and you will still see some puddle in the morning. Gross. - wifi is hit and miss

The restaurant in Aryaduta called The Kitchen, I have tried their Watermelon Yogurt, and it was delicious. I couldn't finish and ask them pack for me, they even take the initiative to send it to my room. Very good service.

So ein schöner Tag verbringe ich dort .. die Ansicht war auch sehr erstaunlich.. und der Service war so gut.. Ich werde sehr bald wieder inshaAllah besuchen

I stayed here 4-nights for a conference that’s also happening in this hotel. So many things have gone wrong and enough reasons for me not coming back. 1. The reception (or should I said “deception”?), misguided me. They said my room is upgraded to Premiere room, with complimentary afternoon tea, and minibar. More about this below. 2. Went to the room but nothing special, also the weird furniture placement makes the room smaller. Room has view but mostly just building roofs. Appreciate the giant shower head though. 3. Went for afternoon tea with my business colleague and the waitress said I’m not eligible for the complimentary. She said the receptionist made a mistake. Fine. 4. Got a call from reception, she said that Ieft my ID card at the reception. Which can be avoided if she did not forget to pass the ID card back after she copied it in. Went back to reception to get my ID card, and ask the reception about the afternoon tea to confirm whether I’m eligible or not. She said not and the minibar also not free unfortunately. Thank God I haven’t eat anything from the minibar 5. Breakfast at level 3 is unorganized, chaotic, and basically madness without crowd control. However I managed to get to the level 10 which is more quiet. Food quality is average. 6. I realized an item missing from the minibar, I did not consume them at all. I called in the operator and they were like “are you sure you’re staying alone, Sir?” I’m like… unbelieveable, why don’t you check with the housekeeping if they removed it or else? I just don’t want it to be billed on my room charge. I know it’s just a potato chip that I could easily replace from minimart, but imagine if they took other items and then billed it to your room. 7. The only nice experience I had in this hotel is the dinner, food surprisingly decent. Also the service is nice (maybe because we were the only customers?). Oh and concierge staffs also very helpful keeping my deliveries and helping me with my stuff when I checked out without me asking.

Ich hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt im JW Marriott, Medan. Ich wollte irgendwo mit guten Einrichtungen für ein paar Tage am Ende meiner Reise, wo ich mich entspannen könnte, bevor ich meine Reise nach Hause machen. Das Hotel hat eine große Vielfalt von Restaurantoptionen, das Essen war sehr gut. Der Fitnessraum war das Beste, das ich in allen Hotels gesehen habe, die ich in ganz Asien besucht habe, professionelle Qualitätsausrüstung und Setup. Die Zimmer waren älter, aber sehr geräumig, komfortabel. und gut gepflegt Aber das Ding, das mein Aufenthalt am meisten genießt, war das wunderbare Personal und der Service, den sie angeboten. Als einsamer, weiblicher Reisende ist es wichtig, dass ich mich sicher fühle, und ein Gefühl der Pflege, Freundlichkeit und Unterstützung. Das Personal dieses Hotels ging über und über, um mich zu suchen und auf jeden Fall zu helfen, nichts war zu viel Problem. Wenn ich wieder in Medan bin, würde ich sicher noch einmal dort bleiben.

Es war eine tolle Aufenthaltsgegenstände, jeder ist so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist sauber und einfach (Ich liebe es). Ich bestellte veganisches Essen und es ist überraschend schön. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sicher, wenn Sie mit Ihrer Familie kommen oder auch wenn Sie allein bleiben. Oh, es ist auch sehr nahe einem berühmten Tiermuseum in Medan.

Ich hatte eigentlich nicht mehr erwartet als dieses Hotel, und es scheint, dass dieses Hotel auch nicht viel erwartet.Die Lage des Hotels ist in der Tat eine zentrale Stadt, aber die Umgebung ist in der Tat von den Wohnhäusern umgeben. Ich blieb in einem Studio-Typ. Zimmer 16 die größte Art war, wenn von der Anwendung, wo ich gebucht wurde, gesehen, aber es ergab, dass die Größe des Zimmers noch relativ eng. Das Badezimmer im Zimmer ist auch sehr eng und die Position des Vorhangs für das Bad sogar Die Halle zum Zimmer hat auch keine Klimaanlage und keinen Aufzug, während mein Zimmer im 3. Stock ist, so dass es sich eine Mischung zwischen müde und heiß beim Einreisen ins Zimmer vorstellen kann. Ein weiterer Punkt, den ich gerne erörtern möchte, ist das Frühstück am Morgen mit gefrorenem Essen, sodass das Hotel einen Gefrierschrank mit gefrorenem Essen mit Flaschen bietet und wir unser Frühstück direkt gewählt haben. Danach wird der Kellner es mit Micowave kochen. Dies ist mein erstes Aufenthalt in einem Hotel mit einem solchen Frühstückssystem. Ich weiß nicht, ob diese Art von System gut ist oder nicht, aber dieses System macht mich zu fühlen, dass dieses Hotel tatsächlich für “Notfall” zugewiesen ist Die Hotels sind sehr gut, aber es ist sehr gut, dass Sie sich nicht auf die Hotels belassen.

friendly people's and helpful, nice and clean, nice restaurant and bar near by fit for western people's as foods if you don't expect on Indonesian foods, I highly recommend.

Ich war während der EID-Saison, für 10 Zimmer reserviert. Der Manager, Herr Saut Purba, war wirklich hilfreich bei der Unterstützung meiner Reservierungen. Er versuchte, mein Bestes zu erfüllen, wie zum Beispiel das Verbindungszimmer und das gleiche Stockniveau, weil ich mit meiner großen Familie geblieben bin. Die beste Überraschung war das Aufrüstungszimmer im 10. Stock für mich. Vielen Dank! Herr Saut hat auch bei der Geburtstagsüberraschung für meinen Bruder-in-Law unterstützt, einige Mitarbeiter kommen uns an, um in seinem Zimmer mit schönem Bday-Kake und Wünsche zu knocken. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, das Essen ist schmackvoll, mich und meine Familie liebte es. Dieses Hotel serviert mehrere Auswahlen auf ihrem Frühstücksbuffet. Dieses Hotel hatte auch einen schönen Pool, es war nicht groß, sondern sauber und sicher für Kinder. Das Personal im Frontbüro ist während meiner check-out wunderschön. Schließlich, aber nicht zuletzt, danke Grandhika Hotel für einen so erinnerenden Aufenthalt. :-)
