Hotels mit Frühstück in May

Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, ein normales amerikanisches Frühstück mit Saft, Joghurt, Milch, Kaffee, Wurst, Omelettes, Hamburgerpastetchen, Brot und mehr. Das Hallenbad ist super klein, das Zimmer ist ok, das normale Standardzimmer. Gegenüber dem Hotel führt ein Weg um einen kleinen Fluss herum, der morgens fließen kann.

On 06/13/2024, my family checked in the hotel in room 217. The room appeared very cleaned; my granddaughter decided to rest. She pull the cover back and saw a small bug crawling in the bed & the sheets & mattress were very soiled & dirty. After checking on google lens, it revealed it was a bedbug. I took it to the front desk clerk. She ask for the cup & refused to give it back. Also, she refused to provide her name. She stated, she will refund all of our money and she proceeded to check us out. After checking my credit card statement, she charged my card. I will be disputing it with my credit card company. Bedbug problem at Microtel by Hilton- Kansas City Airport in Room 217. Please stay away!!!

I understand renovations, but there needs to be more coordination with your contractors. You had me in Room #207 when the room directly above me was the specific room being torn apart and drilled in all day during my stay. I wasn't planning to be in the room all day, but found myself sick with a sinus infection and the constant loud drilling was an absolute nightmare. Also, when I booked the hotel, it said that ONLY the lobby was being renovated -- I see that this is updated now to reflect renovations of the whole property, but you really could have provided more notice upfront to guests. I would have stayed elsewhere if you had, e.g., I decided not to stay at the neighboring Hilton precisely because there was notice that the parking lot would be unavailable. To be quite honest, I understand the need to make money but when it comes down to it, your reputation is all you have. Did it ever cross your mind to close entirely for a month or two to reemerge as a hotel properly put together, that's not an embarrassment to your name? It was a terrible experience and a waste of my earned Hilton points. I am feeling very done with Hilton and its family of brands after this.

The stay was wonderful, the hotel is clean the people are friendly, the manager is such a sweetheart. Nevertheless one person need to check there attude at the door, mayleen needs to understand it's not what you say it's how you say things to people o felt like she has an issue with people of color and has no care for the way she handles things, first it started off when I checked in she didn't advise me of the times for breakfast and or the van, then when I tried to get a print out for my room she tells me she can't provide it to until after my stay , but nevertheless thank God for the ones that helped me with my stay and with any questions I may have had, so I want to to take this time to say thank you, Connor, Lucy, Mrs Angie, isaiah, the kitchen lady was amazing as well. Thank you so much I appreciate all of you and if i missed you I apologize from the bottom of my heart, thank you keep up the good work.

Ich brauchte einen Ort, um auf dem Weg nach Hause zu krachen. Ich dachte, der Stopp wäre sicherer als eine Beerdigungsküsse, die ich so müde war. Ich war nicht zu müde, um das schmutzige Bad und Haare im Tauch und auf den Duschen Wänden zu sehen, da fast nahe meinem Gesicht- gross. Ich war zu müde, um mich zu beschweren und habe nicht die Geduld, um mit niemandem umzugehen. Sie sagten, es war das einzige Zimmer, so sah ich mich nicht um ein saubereres Zimmer zu bekommen. Enttäuschend- hätte ich für den ersten Plan in meinem Auto geschlafen haben. Nächstes Mal ist es Motel 6- auch wegen der unhygienischen Situation, die ich mir Sorgen gemacht hatte, um CoVID zu erhalten - es war ein offenkundiger Punkt, dass diese Teile nicht gereinigt wurden.

Vor der Epidemie kamen fast einmal jährlich KC, und es wurde immer im Hotel gelebt. 7-9 Minuten Fahrt vom Flughafen, es gibt einen Shuttle, die Umgebung ist gut, es gibt weniger Orte, um zu essen. Das Frühstück ist normaler Holiday Inn, insgesamt gut.
