Tracy at the front desk is amazing. Customer service that leaves such a positive feeling. She’s actually exceptional. I will always stay at that Hilton and many more once I can receive her type of service. My husband and I were quite impressed with her professionalism, kindness and commitment to ensuring we were comfortable. She’s amazing and deserves a promotion.

Die Unterkunft war nicht so beschrieben. Zunächst gibt es keine Sofa im Zimmer und wir haben kein Zimmer mit Balkon, wie gefordert. Ich ging dort einen Tag vor dem Einchecken und sprach am Donnerstag, dem 23., mit einer Dame im Vorderbüro, da der Rest meiner Familie am 24. kam. Sie versichert mir, dass wir auf dem gleichen Stock sein werden, die Zimmer, die wir beantragt haben, waren verfügbar. Beim Einchecken kam es nicht zu einem solchen Fall, und sie hat nie unsere Anfrage weitergeleitet. Das Zimmer war Barbone, der Empfangsmann sagte uns, dass die auf den Websites gezeigten Fotos genommen werden müssen. Die Handtücher waren wunderschön, man muss für zusätzliche Handtücher für eine Party von vier bitten. Der Kühlschrank war unverschlüsselt und leer ! Zunächst bei der Ankunft, ich eine kleine Flasche Wasser, die jedem bei der Ankunft gegeben wurde und das war es ! Für den Aufenthalt! Eine muss bitten, um Wasser zu bekommen. Wir kauften endlich im Supermarkt. Die Sicherheit war gut. Die Außengarten müssen gepflegt werden. Die Linen haben bessere Tage gesehen. Das bedeckte Stockwerk war schmutzig im Zimmer. Wir trugen Schlafzimmerschuhe und sie waren so schmutzig vom Boden, dass wir sie vor unserer Abreise abgeworfen haben. Einige Cafeteria-Mitarbeiter sind nett, andere sind grob und langsam. Das wäre ein schöner Ort, wenn nur sie die Möbel verbessern und die Außenfläche erhalten. Es dauert ewig, bis das heiße Wasser erscheint ! Die Lage ist der beste Verkaufspunkt für dieses kleine Hotel. Sicherheit ist 👍 großartig.

Customer service was friendly and professional and very helpful. The room was comfortable and relatively clean but the floor and carpet was not swept or vacuumed, sheets and blankets smelled like crap but looked cleaned. Restaurant was great for breakfast which was a mixed of Jamaican and American style breakfast. I did not take advantage of the pool or the gym so I can’t give a rating but overall it was a pleasure hotel. I would book this hotel again.

Our flight was late and we got to the hotel sometime after 9 pm. when we reached the hotel, the hotel staff advised us that they had computer problems and could not check us in. We waited over 1 hour to find out that they had given away our reservation. We tried to get something to eat while the hotel staff tried to find us another room, but the kitchen closed at 10 pm and we were very hungry. They tried to accommodate us and let us order 2 salads to go which took 30-45 mins. When we finally got our salads and we also got notice that they found us a room for the night. When we got to our room, it was very nice. They gave us the executive suite for the night which eased my dissatisfaction in their service for the night. The next day, I asked if we could stay in the Executive suite for the rest of my stay without any additional cost since they could not find us another room as i had originally booked. they agreed and my aunt and i had a great time for 1 full day. On our 3rd day when we returned back to the hotel room after being out the full day, we noticed load machine like sound coming from the room since we were on the 10th floor. Then we notice the sofa seat was wet and water on the floor. Then we noticed water coming from the ceiling running down from the ceiling down the wall and over by the living area and by the bar area. It was crazy. I had to call the front desk and report it. They sent up someone to evaluate and then when they saw it, they called the manager or engineer to take a look. It appears that work was being done on the roof and the water came down into the suite and made a mess of the furniture and floor. The engineer apologized for the inconvenience but and then left. We were left in the room with water all over the floor and unable to use the living room. We ended up having to call the front desk to have then send someone to clean up the water on the floor and on the furniture. We ended up eating in our bedrooms. When we checked out, i mentioned to the hotel staff about the inconvenience we had with the water and the staff was sympathetic but no apologies or offer to give a discount or anything. I decided i would not return to this hotel again. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone especially with the experience we had.

Our host Sue was warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. She communicated well before our arrival and throughout our stay. She’s Knowledgeable on interesting places to shop and visit. The facilities available at the property and grounds surrounding were as described which was reassuring. Breakfast is available at an additional cost should you wish, which we opted for and were pleasantly surprised with the quality & selection of food & juices offered. Excellent value for money. We would happily stay once again at Millsborough B&B on a future visit. 😃

是一個民宿，具體來講是別人的家，廁所跟沖涼是共用的，房間沒有空調，衹有風扇，餐食房東可以煮，但是要另外收費。位置不好找，到了之後要打電話給房東才能開門

El lugar es bastante pacifico, clima muy fresco, areas verdes, perfecto para desconectar de la ciudad y relajarse. El dueño fue amable y atento, recomiendo para estadías cortas.

Außerdem sind alle Aspekte gut, kostengünstig, besonders in einer Stadt wie Kingston ist es sehr gut in den ersten Hundert. Ich ging zur Rezeption und sagte, dass das Zimmer voll sei. Ctrip bestätigte das Zimmer und lobte Ctrip.

酒店不大就一棟樓，房間是標準的公寓式客房，客房裝修和國內的商務連鎖酒店差不多，簡單乾淨。但工作人員挺熱情的，進進出出都會聊個天幫個忙的，我選擇的是帶個小廚房的大床房，對於經常旅行的我而言，算是比較適合，因為有配備的洗衣機和烘乾機，就是洗衣機的味道有點重，得先清洗一遍。酒店地理位置不錯，離機場也不遠，過兩條街可以到達芳大宅看看牙買加第一位黑人百萬富翁的故居，可以品嚐著名的牙買加冰淇淋和意大利人開的西餐，也有牙買加特色烤雞什麼的，如果需要添置東西，距離兩條街還有一個大超市，走路大概12分鐘。
