最後兩天下雨停電了，沒人打掃房間，服務很慢，設施都用不了

Das Hotel ist stark Renovierung s bedürftig es hatte in allen Stockwerken einen großen Wasserschaden daher auch sehr laut da die Türen verzogen sind und nicht richtig schließen , der Service ist miserabel,das Frühstück gibt es von 7bis 19 der Service kommt gerne 7:20 das ist toll, heute gab es überhaupt kein Frühstück zumindest bis 7:30 danach bin ich gegangen es war einfach nicht vorbereitet,der Manager unternimmt nichts , das Hotel ist sehr teuer dafür gibt es kein Service das passt . Die Zimmerdamen beschränken sich auf das Bett machen ( Ergebnis relativ hübsch) und auf Handtücher wechseln ,das war’s sauber machen oder durchwandern putzen ist nicht vorgesehen dafür natürlich schnell 😊im großen und ganzen sehr schlecht .

Nicht wirklich zu empfehlen, das Hotel hatte wohl ein Wasserschaden durch alle Stockwerke , es ist nicht wirklich sauber der zimmerservice beschränkt sich auf das Bett und die Handtücher Rest ist nicht so wichtig Dusche ist nicht so wichtig Schimmel auch ok . Nach Rekla bekommen wir neues Zimmer , aber eines sollte deutlich erwähnt werden bucht keine Halbpension oder Vollpension das ist Betrug du bezahlst 50 Euro und bekommst im Gegenzug ca24 Euro für das Essen a la Card gutgeschrieben es gibt drinnen usw Must du extra bezahlen , das heißt ohne Halbpension ist es billiger da du ja gleich mal 26 Euro für nichts loswirst du du ohne Halbpension nicht bezahlst . Sowas ist nicht empfehlenswert wir müssen leider nochmal zurückkommen aber ohne essen !!! Das frühstücken war ok aber es ist von 7 Uhr bis 10 Uhr das Personal Kamm aber erst um 7:20 😀

Their motivation and dedication are contagious, making each workout session something to look forward to. Thanks to their guidance, I’ve been able to achieve goals I never thought possible. The Ispa Club at Hennessy Park Hotel is now a place I highly recommend, whether you’re a local resident or visiting from abroad. It’s a top-notch facility with a team that truly cares about your fitness journey! Keep it up

No welcoming drinks. I’m extremely disappointed with the service. I was in room 402..i had requested for a rm deco (with towel) upon arrival, same not done. Room was not ready, we had to wait for an hour or more. There was only one bathrobe in room. Someone came and kept the bathrobe on the chair and it was torn some places. I called hsk for another one but no one showed up. There was miscommunication, i called at the reception to inf them about the minibar not working but same was not changed instead they refilled it. Upon ck out i had to pay for the items i didn’t consume and the juice was already expired. The head shower & toilet was not well cleaned. The pool was not heated. Rm 404 there was food (gummy) stuck on bedsheet. I work in a 5* hotel and i wasn’t expecting this type of service. Non recommendable.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Sushi Me, thanks to William's excellent service. He was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and ensured our needs were met promptly throughout the meal. The sushi itself was fresh and flavorful, exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend Sushi Me for both the quality of food and the outstanding service provided by William.

I had a pleasant time reuniting with my friend. Anabelle and Isha were very friendly and welcoming. The sushi were very tasty and I also enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel. Recommended for a pleasant and welcoming time with your loved ones.

I spent most of stay in meeting rooms and the restaurant. The cuisine and service are exceptional. Great staff always ready to go extra mile to ensure your satisfaction. I booked a cocktail for our community and was amazed by the service. Avinash, Ludovic, and Bharti went extra to help. Thank you!

Anisha was the most friendliest and attentive of the food and beverage servers which I encountered during my stay . She was probably the only member who presented her name while serving me. She recommended items on the sushi menu that did not disappoint. Anisha definitely made my stay memorable although it was business related, The breakfast selection is good but the hot selection during this service is a bit cold. The room was comfortable but smelled of smoke although im not a smoker. Overall the cleanliness of the hotel was acceptable.
