Ich habe mich so auf meinen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel gefreut. Dies war ein Geburtstagsgeschenk für meinen Mann. Allerdings sind nicht alle dort willkommen, kein Bonjour, nichts. Sonntag 28.08 hatten wir einen Brunch, aber eine Kellnerin ruinierte die Geburtstagsüberraschung meines Mannes, und ein anderer Kellner namens Zahir verbrannte buchstäblich den Finger meines Mannes mit den Geburtstagstortenkerzen. Wir hatten ein fantastisches Essenserlebnis im Izumi, aber ich habe die Boutique Address ausgewählt, da sie mir von einem Freund empfohlen wurde, aber ich bin so enttäuscht von einigen Mitarbeitern und auch von dieser Frau, die die Geburtstagsüberraschung meines Mannes ruiniert hat. Warum werden Mauritier so behandelt??? Wir bezahlen für den Service, wir verdienen es, gut behandelt zu werden.

Es war ein Vergnügen, einen lang ersehnten Urlaub im The Address Boutique Hotel auf Mauritius zu verbringen. Wir verbrachten im Juni vier Wochen dort und trafen großartige Menschen, die ihr Möglichstes taten, um unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich zu machen. Diese Leute reichen von der Rezeption über die F&B-Abteilung bis hin zum Housekeeping, insbesondere Herr Sonah, Herr Joseph und Herr Vikash von F&B/La Fourchette, die in ihrem Beruf durchgängig Professionalität, Freundlichkeit, Höflichkeit und Effektivität bewiesen haben. Diese Restaurantbesitzer haben großes Potenzial und sind in der Lage, zu glänzen – und zwar hell. Sie kennen sich mit ihren Produkten aus und vermarkten sie akkurat. Sie zeigen auch Sorgfalt und Liebe zum Detail, sowohl produktbezogen als auch in der zwischenmenschlichen Kommunikation. Wir haben ihre Freundschaft und ihren Sinn für Humor wirklich genossen. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist höflich, was in der Hotelbranche von entscheidender Bedeutung ist. Wir schätzten auch Abhay und Melanie, die jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich waren. Es war eine Freude, sie fast jeden Tag auf unserer Etage zu sehen. Beide begrüßten uns immer herzlich und fragten, ob wir etwas brauchten. Abhay ist fleißig und ein Perfektionist von Natur aus – er lässt nichts unversucht. Wir schätzen seine Arbeitsmoral und Professionalität. Melanie ist sehr herzlich und bemüht sich, noch mehr zu tun, um uns zufriedenzustellen. Zu guter Letzt danken wir dem sehr talentierten Percy für seine Freundschaft und diese Abende voller musikalischer Magie. Wir kamen oft ins Piano Rouge, nur um ihm beim Spielen zuzusehen. Stayed for 3 nights before going on a cruise. Initially we were really impressed with the reception areas & our room, even more so on seeing the view from our room in the morning. Our first evening meal was a mixed affair, a big disappointment for my husband whose filet mignon was inedible. I enjoyed my caesar salad. Unfortunately breakfast was also disappointing, chaos really, it took at least 3 requests for coffee & asking for tea was a disaster . Poached eggs eventually came on cold dry rings of barely toasted bread. Other items in the buffet included undercooked pink sausages which we obviously didn't touch. Plenty of staff but totally uncoordinated. We didn't eat our evening meal in the hotel again but took a taxi into port louis waterfront. A taxi has to be booked from front desk. The staff were very helpful. Cost was 600 rupees /£12. There are lovely grounds around the hotel & a free ferry our along the river which isn't well advertised by the hotel, it runs in the afternoon . Nice little pool area. Our room was a good size with comfortable bed, fridge swing chair, quirky low ceiling lights, TV & free WiFi. A little tired, a few broken finishes & water damage in the bathroom. Overall it was OK for the few nights, we hadn't realised it was so far out of town & we hadn't considered hiring a car beforehand. It reminded us of portmeirion village that needed some tlc

The team was very friendly n helpful thumbs up for Christy n Khen. Food was delicious and view on the bay and sunset was magnificent. We were pleasantly surprise by the team and sushi was excellent, timely service. Very nice family time spent at Izumi restaurant.

Everything is perfect about The Address Boutique Hotel; its amazing look inspired by Venice and its nice blend of modernity with nature. They have a meticulous way of meeting customer satisfaction. The food was unbelievably delicious and all the staff made us feel welcome. A special thanks to Nishaar on the reception, who greeted us and is so genuinely caring. I am recommending this hotel to everyone I know and will myself come back for many more stays.

I stayed at the Address Boutique Hotel with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming and disappointing for a 4-star hotel. Our check-in set the tone for the stay, as it lacked any warmth or proper welcome. There were no welcome drinks, and had we not asked the reception agent to accompany us to our room, we likely would have struggled to find it on our own. This initial experience was a shock and far from the hospitality we expected. Dinner that evening was another letdown. The menu was limited to a small à la carte selection, leaving us confused about what to choose. When we asked about other options, we had to order outside the menu to find something appealing. Drinks, which we anticipated enjoying with our meal, took 25 minutes to arrive. After following up with two different staff members, we found out the bar had lost our order—an oversight that felt unacceptable at this level. When my burger finally arrived, it was burnt, so I had to wait for a replacement, which only added to the delay. By the time our desserts came, we’d waited about 45 minutes. This dining experience was far from the quality we anticipated, leaving us truly disappointed. Moreover, very limited food choice for breakfast. Amid the challenges, Mr. Joseph stood out. He was attentive, apologetic, and ultimately saved our experience. He helped ensure we received our drinks and the replacement meal, making us feel that at least one person cared about our satisfaction. Overall, while there were some bright moments thanks to Mr. Joseph, the stay didn’t meet the standards we expected from a 4-star hotel. A more attentive approach across all service areas could significantly improve the guest experience at the Address Boutique Hotel.

We stayed at The Address Boutique Hotel on March 8th to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it was a fantastic experience for our little family! The hotel has a relaxing atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and excellent service. A special highlight was our dining experience at La Fourchette—the food was delicious, and the service from Rahul, Brandon, and Vikash was exceptional! They made our meal truly memorable. Thank you to the entire team for making our celebration special. We highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Mauritius!
