Das Hotel war super. Allerdings war die Farbe auf dem Pooldach furchtbar. Auch die Parkplatzsuche war ein Albtraum, da die Rezeption kaum Hilfe bot. Wir waren bei einer ihrer Veranstaltungen in der Bar, und es war furchtbar. Es war hauptsächlich eine Mitarbeiterparty. Versprochen wurden drei Acts ab 20 Uhr, aber um 23:30 Uhr sahen wir nur einen Act, sodass wir nach 30 Pfund Eintritt wieder gingen. Ich würde wiederkommen, aber ich würde mir viele Veränderungen wünschen.

Me and my partner booked a one bedroom flat for my birthday, unfortunately the staff had overbooked and we were left with a studio and found a vape in the bed. Amenities are nice, coffee shop next to reception has really good food

This was our second stay at The Ark Hotel in London, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. The service was absolutely amazing—staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The entire hotel is spotless, and the rooms are not only clean but incredibly comfortable—the beds are some of the comfiest we’ve ever slept in! We chose to stay here again because it’s conveniently located near the O2 Arena—we were in London to see an artist perform there during our visit, and the hotel made everything so easy and accessible. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and the amenities are top-notch. We especially loved relaxing in the swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna—such a treat to have those available right at the hotel. We were impressed during our first visit, and this second stay just confirmed that The Ark Hotel is a gem. We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next trip to London! Highly recommend!

good location with canary wharf being a short 10min train ride away

Not as good as it appears, sauna, steam room, are not hot at all, and the gym lacks every bit of equipment

I booked the place for the girls. The hotel was in a great location, just a few mins walk from the train station. The room had all the amenities, including a 2 burner hob, a kettle, a microwave, etc. The staff were very friendly and attentive. There is no air conditioning or fans in the rooms, and the rooms were very warm. The problem with sleeping with the windows open was the noise, especially if you were sleeping on the front side of the hotel, where you could hear the DLR trains running. Other than that, it's a great place. They would defo stay there again.

Lovely place to stay, although for tall people our shower was very small and the only other negative was that it was very difficult to find, in a car. Please be aware of have to book parking and provide phot ID to check in. The cafe on the ground floor was a bonus, we had a delicious breakfast before our drive home. The staff were friendly and helpful,

absolutely amazing. the bed was so comfy and the room was spotless, had everything you would need for a few nights. stayed here for Pitbull at the O2 london, was perfect as a 5 min walk from South Quay DLR (which is open until way past midnight) and then from canary warf it was one stop to North Greenwich. highly recommend!

Great place to stay! Very clean but bathroom is made for small people. Also not enough toiletries.

Adored the view. The room is smaller than expected. How we can work for small trips and just personal space to detox. Amazing social rooms downstairs. The best pool view in London!
