Very good location. 2 mins walk from the 2 different bus station, and 5mins walk to JR train station. 20 mins walk to Matsumoto castle and check out is 12pm. Free coffee and tea at level 10, with nice views.

Room was good, location great, service is good, free breakfast was an icing in the cake, will stay again!

Nice place to stay with family and friends. I have a enjoying time with them.

Great location. Hotel is clean. There's a place to hang out with free flow of drinks and great view of Matsumoto citiy. Room is quite small and basic for the price. As we stayed during peak so price is on the high side. We drove and park at the nearby parking garage as appointed by the hotel at discounted rate. A lot of eateries and shops within walking distance.

The location is best. It's 30 sec. walk to Matsumoto bus terminal and it's opposite Matsumoto JR station. The staffs were nice, they arranged my luggage into the room. The view from the room and the dining hall was fantastic. The room was quite small but clean and tidy. There was also air purifier available in the room.

Hotel is Easily accessible. No carpark within the building. Need to travel few buildings away. Bed is low. Breakfast is acceptable with good view.

Rooms are too small for Comfort. Located above a family mart (convenience store) which compensated for lack of amenities. Breakfast was nice and offers a good view of the city.

Just right in front of Matsumoto station, then bus terminal and ticket booth is at next building. The view from restaurant on top floor is awesome. Thus room and corridors are quite old and needs to be renovated

Hotel directly opposite the JR station, excellent location. In walking distance to many places to eat, and a short walk to Matsumoto Castle. Amazing view of the mountains in the common area. My only criticism would be the staff when it comes to checking in early. As with all of Japan, they will not allow it, and happily have you stand there waiting until check in time (even when the room is ready)

Lifts were quite slow. Breakfast was okay, but bread was not refilled upon finishing, so you might want to consider the earlier breakfast timing. Rooms are not the cleanest, bedsheets are a bit dusty.

Hotel is in the city center, right opposite to Matsumoto station. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and has facilities. The bedsheets appear to be cleaned every day, but are not new. Rooms are equipped with AC, but don’t work as heater. Hotel being close to the station makes it very convenient for finding more dining and shopping options. Overall a very nice and comfortable place.
