Adamo the Village

They were not willing to give an extra bottle of water even when we booked for three people. Also, they took 18% get for food and no one justified what was the reason.

i recently stayed at adamo the village, matheran, and it turned out to be an amazing experience! the property exceeded expectations in many ways, making our trip even more memorable. 🏨 stay & ambience: the resort is well-maintained, clean, and more beautiful than it looks in pictures. rooms are spacious and comfortable, giving a perfect blend of luxury and nature. the resort surroundings are peaceful, making it a great escape from city life. 🍽️ food & dining: pure vegetarian food, and surprisingly, every dish was delicious and well-prepared. a good variety in the menu, catering to different taste preferences. the dining area was clean and well-organized. 💁‍♂️ service & hospitality: the staff was polite, professional, and always ready to help. quick service and attention to detail made our stay very comfortable. special requests were well-handled, making the experience more personalized. 🌿 location & experience: centrally located in matheran, making it easy to access major points. the resort had a peaceful vibe, perfect for relaxation. a great place for couples, families, and even group travelers. final verdict: ✅ great hospitality & well-maintained property ✅ excellent vegetarian food ✅ comfortable rooms & peaceful surroundings ✅ better than expected from the pictures i’d definitely recommend adamo the village to anyone visiting matheran! 🌿🏡✨

The accommodation offers well-appointed rooms and a pleasant ambiance, providing a generally positive experience in terms of quality. However, issues arose with the staff, which were notably unprofessional. For instance, a charge of 1500 INR was applied for a three-year-old child, which we initially agreed to. Despite this, we faced repeated interruptions until 11 PM regarding the submission of a photo ID. Furthermore, the 10 AM checkout policy was quite strict, and we were denied a simple request for a one-hour extension, despite the fact that a large portion of the property appeared to be unoccupied at the time. Potential guests should be cautious about these practices, especially if booking through services like Cleartrip. Overall, while the rooms and ambiance are commendable, the staff's behavior may detract from the overall experience.

Property i searched through google, stay & food is quite decent and there services too. My overall experience is really good.

It was a very pleasant stay at adamo. Staff is also good. It is also near to market area so that we can purchase anything after a very less walk. Room service is also excellent. Must visit place when in matheran.

Stay is good, but they are not maintaining the room properly. Quality of room as per the price not worthy. Non veg food is also not up to the mark.
