front desk staff is helpful and polite . I wonder why they store the mop+pill+cleaning stuff inside the closet, thus, I dare not hang up my clothes.

飯店地點距離車站很近,房間雖然燈光感覺不足,但是以便宜價格入住非常值得,衛生方面也不錯,早餐也很棒。

Bonjour, Un courrier de réclamation à été envoyé ce jour au siège de ODALY service réclamation. Effectivement à notre arrivée nous sommes placés dans une chambre non faite. Lit sale, non fait Meuble au milieu de la chambre, tables de chevets retournés Papiers, détritus au sol Traces dans les draps Sang sur les serviettes de toilettes Odeurs nauséabondes dans la chambre Poubelle pleines avec aliments en décomposition Et j’en passe…. Évidemment une réclamation à été faite directement au personnel, qui nous rétorque : “ Ouai mais bon c’est un peu la galère on vous fera la chambre après “ 2 heures après nous sommes toujours dans cette chambre dans un état lamentable.. Aucune nouvelle du personnel, obligé de retourner exprimer notre mécontentement à l’accueil et cela plusieurs fois. Nous avons passé l’après-midi dans une chambre dans un état inadmissible avant d’avoir enfin la chance d’avoir une chambre convenable. Quelle deception.....

Bon établissement bien placé pas loin de la station de métro Perier. Dommage que la fenêtre était cassé impossible de la fermer.

On m'a tout d'abord attribué une chambre qui n'avait pas été nettoyée (lit défait et serviettes utilisées) mais ils ont été réactifs et j'ai donc récupéré une autre chambre (avec 2 lits simples plutôt qu'un lit double). Concernant le petit déjeuner, à mon sens, 13 euros c'est bien trop élevé pour ce qui est proposé. C'était bon mais pour ce prix je m'attendais à plus de choix. A part cela, le séjour s'est très bien passé. Pour une nuit c'était très bien, calme et bien situé. J'ai pu me garer à proximité dans la rue (payant de 9h à 19h)

酒店挺乾淨的,房間也很大舒適,乾淨程度一般前台。附近吃的很多,離地鐵站很近,不過要交150歐元的按金,略微有點兒多。

* The value for money for what you get and what you pay, it’s not worth it. * When we checked in, there were 2 rolls of toilet paper, we are a couple booked for 9 nights. On the 3rd day we ran out of toilet paper and as they only offer cleaning service after the 4th night, I went to the reception to request more rolls which I was told that they would not be able to provide. I reminded them that we were 2 people and we were only provided 2 rolls for 9 nights. The girl at the reception very rudely replied that she didn’t make the rules and that in 2 days the cleaning service would be able to restock, to which I asked what was her suggestion for us to do in the next 2 days with no toilet paper. The girl proceeded to get 2 rolls to give to me (against her will) and said that I should have been informed of that during check-in. I could not believe I was going through that discussion to get toilet paper. If you do dare to stay here more than 2 nights, be prepared to buy your own toilet paper and bin bags if you don’t want to get in an argument. * The cleaning service never happened after the 4th as instructed. We queried at reception, which they replied would be on the next day. The next day we came back in the afternoon to the room to find no cleaning had taken place. Again we went to the reception and were told they “forgot” but would send someone soon. The cleaning staff showed up after about 15min, we obviously had to leave the room and wait at the reception for them to clean the room, which was annoying. * The “pillows” can’t really be called pillows as they are more like cushions. After the first night we asked if they had different “pillows” which they didn’t but provided a slightly different one and that had to get us by. * The air conditioning it’s set to 21 degrees and can’t be changed so you may either freeze or melt but there is nothing you can do about it. * There was an awful sewage smell coming out of the bathroom sink. * The wi-fi is next to inexistent, it often doesn’t work. * The tv had about 15 channels, every single one in French. When you turn on the tv it offers to connect to the internet so it would allow to connect to streaming apps, however after asking at the reception I was told this was not available, so if you don’t speak french, there is no tv available. * During check out the receptionist (the same that I had to fight for toilet paper) implied that we had taken breakfast there which we never did and told her so. She ignored us and called one of the staffs that works in the kitchen and started speaking in french, ignoring the fact that we were standing there. I guesses se was asking the staff recognized us during breakfast because the lady looked at our faces and shook her head negatively; but then again the question could be anything since was in french. I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to several issues I encountered. Firstly, I was assigned a handicap room despite not requesting one, and when I asked to change, I was informed that it was not possible. Additionally, my request for a possible room upgrade was also denied. Moreover, the bathroom drain was clogged, causing water to accumulate. I had to stop showering multiple times and wait for the water to drain, which was highly inconvenient. Furthermore, the mattress on the bed was in poor condition, leading to an uncomfortable night's sleep. I hope you understand the frustration and inconvenience this caused during my stay.

We booked this mainly for the location near the stadium for the rugby world cup match and arrived by private car. One clinching factor whilst booking was the availability of carparking - this was stated on the booking voucher as 'Indoor car parking - allocated on arrival', quite a necessity given Marseille's reputation. On arrival we found that the car parking no longer existed, a fact we had not been made aware of. We were forced to either park on the street or use the local city car park at €30 per day - not a small charge! The receptionist was completely unsympathetic The literature in the room mentioned the hotel carparking facilities at €15/day and one door in reception was even marked 'Park Garage'. The breakfast was distinctly average, with much of the offerings having run-out by the time we got to breakfast - not late. Overall I would not recommend this hotel. The location was good but the whole experience was decidely average-to-low.

A very good week in Marseille We very much enjoyed our stay especially the breakfast that was of great value in matter of products quality as well as of the freshness The apartment was best located in the center of town close to everything

Unfortunately the first hello wasn‘t very charming. The room was okay, the location not very welcoming, but functional. It‘s not very nice to sign a 150€ guaratee if the house does not look worthy. Fortunately the young team was very friendly and helpful

Room was dusty and not well cleaned. No cleaning of the room or change bedding nor towels during your stay or you have to pay an extra fee. Breakfast too expensive for what you get, nice bakery with coffeeshop on 60m walk. Dinner food comes out of jars?? Doesn't look appetizing. Nice Vietnamese restaurant across the street and few blocks away Lebanese restaurant and many good restaurants for all tastes at the old port easy reachable by metro or tram. I asked for extra pillows which couldn't be provided. No soap in the bath area, all this is never checked during your stay.. Friendliness of counter personnel is poor. Upon arrival you still have to pay city taxes per day per person and a warranty of 150Euro which is blocked on you account and made free after inspection of the room. There's no place to lay your suitcase for emptying and cabinets are minimal.
