I recommend this hotel in the Yulong Snow Mountain Scenic Area. You can see the majestic snow-capped mountains through the room window, which is a very good experience. But you need to pay attention that its altitude is over 3,000 meters, and the temperature will drop a lot after the sun sets. The most important point is that you can't order takeout in this hotel. I would like to thank my butler Owen. In fact, the hotel staff are very professional and enthusiastic.

Excellent service. Spacious room with a closet area, bathroom, living area, and balcony. Hotel provides different activities. Unfortunately, we were not blessed with good weather during our stay, so didn't get to see the mountain view.

Need to retrieve mountain permit from another location. Breakfast spread was good. Stay includes a photography session. Makeup is an optional top-up. Has a range of free and paid activities everyday for guests to choose from. Room was spacious with TV in every room: living room, bedroom and bathroom. Nice balcony to enjoy the surroundings. Hot water readily available when you turn the tap.

Staying in this hotel is really just for the view of the mountain. Service is so-so and hotel breakfast is quite underwhelming with staff needing reminder to replenish at around 930am. Me and my friend had to remind the staff for our omelette order, which arrived when we were done. At the Checkin counter, staff will tout you for star gazing trips as well as massage packages. It was a cloudy day yet the staff said we can see the stars, so we obviously didn’t take up the offer. Key positive is the photoshoot which allows 5 free photos + 15s video. The room is nice & spacious, with a nice living room space and balcony to enjoy the view of the mountain. However, the toilet door may lock if you close a tad too hard + bathroom has a damp tower smell. For a ~US$500 stay in this region, you’re paying for the view of the mountain + photoshoot (5 pic + 15s vid) + room (if your toilet is okay).

Great place to stay. Clean, great location at mountain area and great customer service. Staff women at the restaurant was so nice and friendly. Highly recommended!!! Had a great experience when hotel activities overall.

Magnificent view if the weather is nice. They also provide transport to the mountain. Lots of activities you can join during your stay (we even joined on the day we checked out). Food wise, huge portion but flavor is just ok. Can’t complain with everything else it comes with.

We arrived there to check-in early in the morning before 8am after watching the sunrise, and the hotel was able to arrange a room for us to settle down immediately. We really appreciate it. We joined a few of the free activities and they were all really nice and fun. The entire hotel is really clean and quiet so guest can really feel relaxed. They also offer driving you to the tourist centre and back. The room was really spacious and comfy. We had a great time there.

This hotel is a perfect location to closely enjoy Jade Dragon Snow Mountain scenery right on the spot. Hotel room view of the mountain is right in front of you. Nightly starry sky is right ahead of you. There’s no need to travel to see the beautiful mountain because it is nestled near the snow mountain. Every hotel staff is so helpful and welcoming, we feel so warm and happy every where we go - front desk staff, managers, restaurant staff, shuttle drivers so pleasantly take you around the hotel facilities (though we prefer to walk most of the time to enjoy every single step. We’re well taken cared of even getting complimentary rides to and from the visitors center. All staff , every one, treats us so warmly and happily. After you paid for the hotel room price - which we think is well worth it, all other expenses like dinners, room service are very reasonably priced. The only downside is the photo package included, professional photographer does a very good job but don’t get trapped in being talked into purchasing photos at 80 Yuen each which can become the most expensive add on during your trip. On the other hand, if you really like taking and keeping glamorous pictures it is your call.

Its a beautiful place with view of Yu long xue shan right from your room. It did not disappoint me. Also kudos to the friendly crew especially Jennie, for going extra mile to take care of guests. Highly recommend!

Fabulous! We stayed here for 2 days. All the facilities here are well equipped. The food is nice and out of expectation. Overall experience is very good!

Special thanks to the staff Laity, he is so helpful and friendly. As we are foreigners, don’t have china mobile number and it’s difficult to buy the tickets via online. Thanks Laity for help and resolved our problem.
