Wow! Als ich in meinem Alter zum ersten Mal in Marrakesch war (meine zweite Tochter), war ich anfangs völlig außerhalb meiner Komfortzone, aber als ich dieses Riad betrat, wurde mir sofort versichert, dass wir eine fabelhafte viertägige Städtereise haben würden! Und sie waren großartig, nichts war zu viel Mühe. Das Hotel war makellos, die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag zu einem tadellosen Standard gereinigt. Das Frühstück ist lecker und Sie können nach einem Glas Wein fragen, der auf der fabelhaften Dachterrasse gekauft werden kann, wenn Sie dies wünschen!

May be the most wonderful place we have stayed. Riad Zineb is located in the middle of the old city, where everything is happening, and yet it is very peaceful. The atmosphere, the food and most of all the staff - we miss you, and want to come back!

Everything was set up as discussed. We were a bit scared of arriving late (2am) to a city and place we didn't know. We asked to the Riad to book a transfer for us from the airport to the Riad. The taxi was waiting there and was already paid. The taxi reach a point in the city where it wasn't able to keep going because of the thin streets in Marrakech and someone from the Riad was waiting for us there so we didn't walk alone at night, and he guide us to the riad. For me this kind of details are the ones that describe the atmosphere at riad karmela, 100% customer obsession. They stay was also amazing, everyone is VERY helpful, going beyond their job description in everything. Also, the breakfast was great!!

Very good Riad in the heart of Marrakech, stuff very polite and responsive. Rooms cleaned daily and very quiet. Very spacious and comfortable terrace overlook the city. Breakfast had enough choices for everyone, tea superb. Probably will choose them again.

Lovely tranquil space, right beside the busy medina streets. Comfortable and spacious room, spotlessly cleaned each day, nice pool area, plenty of easy seating both around the pool and on the sunny roof terrace, friendly staff, reasonable continental breakfast. What's not to love. We also did the Atlas mountain excursion through the hotel, which was fab. Very good drivers too, who spoke good English, and were happy to share info on their culture and the geography.

Pretty quiet when we stayed so we had to have breakfast at the sister riad (riad kermela). The breakfast was very good with great choice and made to order eggs.
Was a bit confusing on arrival to find the riad and we weren’t told to check in at kermela. That would have been helpful. Otherwise the room was great and staff friendly.

Our family of 4 had the most amazing time at Riad Zineb. This riad felt like our own oasis and as though we were coming home. The friendly staff go above and beyond to look after you. There are only 8 rooms at this riad and it felt like we had the place to ourselves. Rooms are adequately sized and large bottled water is refilled daily. Breakfast is held on the rooftop and choices include pastries, eggs, cereal, some meats and juices, although a little limited, was sufficient for our family. Mint tea is delicious here.
It is a bit of a maze to get to the riad however once you have your bearings, (we used the local mosque as our reference point) it is easy enough to find after walking around the medina. We arranged for airport transfers and i would recommend this as you will find it very difficult to locate the riad on your own. Taxi can only take you to to the local square which is still a walk away from riad. We also booked a hammam service which is reasonably priced. Overall a very memorable stay in Marrakech.

Salama! Me and my husband had a lovely time away for four nights. More than needed! We stayed in Riad Zineb, wonderful space. Then bathroom was fab and we werent far from all the souks and resturants. Food was ok, though the room itself was great! Be weary of the stairs because one slip and its curtains! The balcony was beautiful, looks right through the open roof. We will deffo be back, beautiful people. Beautiful culture and great vibes. Many thanks. See you soon!
