Schöner Ort. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Kingsize-Bett gebucht, aber bei der Ankunft wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass nur 2 Queensize-Betten verfügbar seien

Decided to stay on for an extra day here due to the convenient location (for driving to other parts of Toronto) and the cost being not too expensive in comparison to hotels of similar grading. Had breakfast at the bistro which was co-operated with Starbucks. Quite a fantastic breakfast though the portion was small in terms of Canadian standards. The room was in good condition and clean. Staff was helpful too. Highly recommended

The place is clean. Staffs are really nice and accommodating. And the parking is cheap. It would be better if it was free but i prefer their fee other than the hotels we stayed at before. Definitely recommended. Would come back there for sure.

Breakfast is included in the price but we only get a breakfast coupon which we could get one cup of coffee and one bread at the Starbucks located inside the hotel near the hotel lobby. There’s no information about this breakfast arrangement before we decide to include breakfast in our booking. To be honest, it is unbelievable and we are very up set about it.

Location is quite far from the city whereas the service and facilities are quite good.

Dear hotel management team, I am writing this letter to express my satisfaction and provide feedback regarding your hotel. Overall, I am satisfied with the hotel's environment, and the cleanliness is acceptable. However, I am extremely disappointed with the service. I encountered some issues and felt that the quality of service did not meet my expectations. On the other hand, I am satisfied with the indoor facilities, and there are no issues to mention in that regard. I hope the hotel will prioritize the needs of its guests and provide better service. A good service experience is an essential component of a successful hotel, and I believe the hotel has the capability to improve in this aspect. Thank you once again for your time and attention. I hope the hotel can elevate its service level to provide a more superior accommodation experience.

Staffs are friendly.Room is comfy .So far we enjoyed our stay. Will go back again.

Super clean room n excellent reception hospitality service

Conveniently located, and fairly a good deal compared to downtown. Friendly and accommodating staff members. However the room condition can be better. Wrinkled sheets had blood looking stains and walls in bathroom has visible yellow stains. The whole bedside socket thing wasn’t secured and popped out with my charger, and the shampoo container in the shower was empty.

Excellent place. Very good staff. Close to everything and metro station a lot activity around the place
