I spent three nights at this hotel in April of this year.The room was spacious and serviced daily.The location was central on Calle Rivadavia.Staff were very friendly-I want to make a special mention of Gaston-and breakfast each morning was excellent.Staff were always available to assist me whenever I needed help,even organising a taxi to take me to the Bus Terminal on the morning of departure....I am happy to recommend this place...Good value and very friendly.

Me facturaron una estadia por $ 48.119 de acuerdo a la reserva realizada pero cuando llego el debito en la tarjeta habian emitido el cupon por $ 481.119 y no reversan el debito mal realizado. Llamo permanentemente y no responden por lo cual tendre que viajar a Mar del Plata para resolver el tema o denunciarlos ante la Secretaria de Turismo

La habitacion del hotel con olor humedad, las puertas de habitaciones habia que dar portazos para que cierren, el ventilador no funcionaba aunque no fue necesario esos dias su uso. Lo positivo el desayuno y la ubicacion del predio cercano a la zona centrica y las playas principales.

Excelente la atención y amabilidad de los chicos/as de recepción, las habitaciones super limpias, sábanas, toallas, almohadas impecables, el desayuno bueno. Lo único que fallo fue el wifi, pero no fue problema para disfrutar de nuestra estadía.

Me cambiaron de Hotel sin previo aviso . Si bien estaba cerca tuve que caminar con el equipaje hasta otro hotel, la verdad no pude saber cómo era el que contraté en mi reserva . Esto me puso de muy mal humor.

Estuve mas de media hora en recepcion porque no tenian la reserva que hice hace tres dias..lureo me cobraron mas que la reserva por mas que le mostre el comprobante y tuve hacerlo porque si no quedaba en la calle . No me dieron otra opcion...

Personal amable Desayuno agradable Muy antiguas y desmejoradas las habitaciones Cajas de electricidad rotas, el techo del baño se caía a pedazos, casas para enchufes antiguos de 2 patas, vidrios de muebles rotos Muy inseguro para ir con niños Sábanas remendadas Cortinas caídas Una estafa el precio en relación al servicio e instalaciones Debíamos subir hasta el primer piso a tomar el ascensor q te lleva a los departamentos, Tenes q pasar x un pasillo q está abierta siempre la puerta de la cocina del restaurante, parece una entrada a un depósito, no a un hotel wi fi muy inestable

El personal súper amable sobre todo la chica de la tarde/ noche quien me consiguió un secador de pelo y el chico de la noche, el servicio de limpieza impecable, el desayuno muy bueno, la ducha impresionante, también nos dejaron hacer late check out, buenísimo!! Recomiendo

La verdad es que leí comentarios antes de reservar pero el nivel fue regular a malo. La atención administrativa es normal, el desayuno muy pobre, sin comunicación entre la habitación y la recepción, el baño deja mucho que desear. Precio alto pero mala calidad. No lo recomiendo más que para comodidad cerca del centro. Esperaba mucho más.
