I think the manager needs a bit of empathy before banning people from the restaurant when you can see a person is clearly upset . I'm not going through the reasons I cancelled my drinks and walked out the restaurant and the manager told my mother I was permanently banned I shouldn't have to explain myself . You've now lost a good customer as I would never dine here again !!!

We decided to give the buffet a go . Friendly owners and staff . Couldn't be more helpful . Delicious food . And lots of choice . Only thing I would say. Perhaps offer more desert choices . Not everyone wants ice cream . But that's my only criticism

Great food and friendly staff. Good value for freshly prepared quality food. Had been wanting to try for a while and was worth the wait. Quite quiet when we went which enabled us to select a mix of dishes that were cooked fresh to order. Will certainly be visiting again.

We discovered a takeaway option by accident when searching for a menu for another local Chinese. When I spotted the Thai options I called on a whim hoping they could offer something gluten free which they could. Thai chicken was amazing and husband confirmed it’s the best Chinese he’s had in years…

The buffet meal was lovely. We went at lunch time in half term, very quiet just myself and my husband and another couple. The food was all cooked fresh, different to other all you can eat buffets where you help yourself from hot plates. This happens when busier or in the evening we were told. We ordered our food on little menu cards and it came red hot, fresh and was lovely. The staff are very kind and helpful. Lovely lunch time meal out. Thankyou

This is now an Asian Cuisine Restaurant and are trying to get their Buffet off the ground. We’ve been 3 times and unfortunately they don’t seem to be getting the business to make it viable as a Buffet. Food available not hot enough for me. When they run out they don’t refill unless they have more customers come in (understandably) but will cook you a dish of whatever they’ve run out of but not advertised. You have to ask. Very clean. Staff pleasant. Their Facebook page needs work on it as it offers £2 drink vouchers for you to print out. Not possible to do this. They say don’t worry they’ll sort it but then don’t take money of your bill to account for this. Can’t see it staying open long unfortunately. Hope I’m proved wrong as we need a Restaurant like this.

I've eaten in restaurants around the world. Been in the catering industry for three and a half decades so know a little bit about customer service and food. This establishment shone in all areas. From the warm greeting and the friendly atmosphere. From the sight of the first course to the last mouthful. The journey was outstanding. My brother, a chef for over three decades himself and cooked for the Queen was beside himself. Every different dish was beyond beautiful. I've never tasted Mongolian fish before, now I've offered my services just to learn this recipe. Any person visiting Pembrokeshire should visit at least once. I will guarantee you will book another visit the same night. Value for money is an understatement. This is the gem of Pembrokeshire.

The Helm is under new management and now they make the most delicious Chinese food. Cannot recommend highly enough - we were really well looked after and I reckon it was my favourite meal of the holiday.

Wanted somewhere local and easily accessible for wheelchair user. Thanks for a lovely day. The food, service and staff were all first class. Really helpful and accommodating. The food and drinks were great value for money and plenty for everyone.
