The Ocean Pearl

We had a great stay at Ocean Pearl, Kodialbail. The warmth and service exhibited by the entire hotel staff was great. A special mention to Clinston and Herald at the front desk who were very kind and humble. Also, the cuisine, both veg and non - veg was just amazing. Look forward to visiting this place again in future.

The staff at the hotel is extremely good. They were always accommodative. We reached a little before their checkin time and they worked things out to give us the room soon. They even offered us coffee while we waited for the room to be ready. The food at the restaurant is good and reasonably priced. Tip - their Ice Tea and Mango Gadbad are worth mentioning. They can do better on available seafood optiosn though. Since our bus was at night, they gave us little extra time to checkout. We kept or luggage with them after checkout and went for some sightseeing. When we came back to pick the luggage, they even gave us a small room to change to our travel attire. Through all these, I must make a special mention of their front office manager Mr. Chetan, who coordinated everything for us always with a smile. The hotel is centrally located. The rooms are well maintained and spacious.

Staff is extremely polite. Staff at reception and all restaurants v courteous. Air-conditioning in lobby,room and restaurants is excellent. Food is excellent at the restaurants. Breakfast area is small but Staff manages the seating well.l, can get full at times. Room cleaning is good,but not excellent. Can be much better. Pillows are v uncomfortable. Tried out multiple pillows from housekeeping but all are v stiff, and uncomfortable. Entire hotel pillows need a big change.

Excellent Hospitality and good food...Rooms are clean and Hygiene...Front desk team is very polite....Good stay overall ... Recommend strongly for future stay... Location is centre of city and easily accessible... Quality of food is good with variety of options

Each and every staff was well trained and were extremely co-operative. Everyone was very well mannered. Housekeeping staff which included Mr Saurav and his team did an excellent job. Breakfast services were awesome. Only thing which could be improved is spa services. Else it was a very comfortable stay

I had a lovely lunch at the Sagar Ratna Restaurant. The choices were excellent, and the service was fast and efficient. I would recommend the Thali's - both the Sagar special and the North Indian thali were delicious and offer great value for money.

I had been to this property very recently. Safe place, excellent location - city centre. Clean and hygienic rooms Extremely courteous staff Good food. Overall a very well maintained property in the heart of the City. Worth visiting again.

Stayed in a deluxe room with triple occupancy. The check in and check out process was smooth and quick. We were allotted a room in 4th floor. The room was spacious and well maintained and fitted with sofa, table, tv, central AC etc. Extra bed was easily accommodated. The washroom was neatly maintained too and provided with necessary toiletries. Our package included breakfast and one major meal. The buffet breakfast and lunch had adequate veg, non-veg and desert options, the foods were tasty too. All the staffs were courteous and responsive. The hotel is situated at a perfect location, walking distance from city mall, auto is available at doorstep. The hotel seems to be a popular destination for party and gathering, consequently hotel lobby, lift etc. become very busy and at times may be inconvenient for in-house guests. The hotel provides mosquito repellent, shaving kit and slippers on request. While we had asked for slippers and shaving kit, we didn’t ask for mosquito repellent, which was a mistake, got mosquito bites in the night. Barring this, the stay was satisfactory.

Thanks to all the staff working over there. Because each and everyone treatment is very kindly and humbly even though with the kids too. It was very neat and hygiene. The food was extremely too delicious and aromatic.around 26 members we went to stay over there. We had a very good time. I prefer to all my friends and family to go over it they visit Mangalore.
