The property was excellent and well maintained. The staff were very warm and attentive. Would like to book again. The only slight glitch was in the breakfast rates. We had made a booking without breakfast. As per trip.com offer breakfast rate was Rs 450 per person to be paid at the hotel. But the actual rates were Rs 750 plus tax. So double check the rates with the reception before availing.

Very nice ambience and location. Staff is very good and perfect place to stay in kottakal. The rooms are large and very clean. Location close to MIMS and important places in Kottakal. Had a enjoyable time in the hotel.

Das Zimmer und das Waschzimmer waren sehr geräumig. Wirklich gefallen. Ein Badgarten im Waschraum wäre gut gewesen, um Wasser zu verhindern, dass das verbleibende Gebiet spritzt. Essen musste von nahe gelegenen Hotel bestellt werden, dessen Menüs im Zimmer verfügbar sind. Das Essen war auch von diesen Orten gut. Nur die Rückzahlung, die ich während meines Aufenthalts gefühlt hatte, gab es nur einen anderen Gast im Hotel während ich war. Das Hotel scheint daher sehr isoliert. Auch die äußere Beleuchtung des Hotels während der Nacht kann besser sein

Location is bang on the main road in kottakkal town right next to bus stand. It has good parking facility. Hotel was welcoming and the checkin/checkout process was smooth. Its a big hotel but its an old one and hence require some maintenance. Otherwise, everything else inside the hotel was neat and clean. Room has all necessary services. I staid in an ac room and the ac was working well. I added breakfast as part of my booking and they provided limited options but good food as part of breakfast. They serve food till 10 pm in the-or restaurant and the price is nominal.
