The hotel has a great location, with easy walking access to the river and Little India. The staff were friendly and kind. While the room cleanliness was just okay, the hotel has a swimming pool, which is a nice perk and somewhat rare in Melaka. However, the biggest issue was the internet, which was terrible in the room. Hopefully, this will be improved soon. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay.

Clean place , spacious rooms, breakfast was in flick and lunch was on steroids cheap and yummy

Fast check in. My hp was left at hotel and finally found back. Thanks for helping to keeps returned back. Parking space available.

I stayed in room 612. The room was so disappointed. Didn't expect this hotel to be so unclean.

Hotel is very old and dilapidated. Definitely in need of a long overdue renovation. The water was murky and extremely hot in the bathroom . We could not use the toilet at all. Upon checking with reception, we were told that some water work repairs were going on. On top of that, electricity was cut off due to maintenance. None of this was conveyed to the guests when checking in. Nothing was done to help us!!! We wanted a refund but was denied it. Wanted to change to their sister hotel but was not allowed to!!! Best of all , no solution was given at all by the management!!! We had to go to a nearby mosque for a few hours. Very poor management . Never returning here again.

The worst hotel to deal with. Front desk with that grumpy face upon our check in told us that breakfast was not included in our reservation even though we tried to show our booking confirmation. Throughout the stay we did not consume any breakfast as it was told it would be an additional charge. Now when we dispute the inclusions thru our online travel agent, hotel twisted their words by stating breakfast was included and our family did consumed the breakfast. So hotel side, please provide us with an evidence showing our family members are physically sitting at the breakfast area and were physically consuming the breakfast happily. I’ll be looking forward to that piece of evidence. Bunch of liars that we have to deal with really shows how unprofessional they are. First and the last time staying there. Not worth for anything.

Nice place to stay with a swimming pool at the top of this building... suitable for bussiness travellers and couple...good price n very cleanness...
