Gute Lage, sauberes Zimmer. Haben mit Frühstück gebucht, beim Check-In wollte man uns erklären, dass wir nur Frühstück für eine Person gebucht haben. Nach zeigen der Buchungsbestätigung wurde uns das Frühstück für die zweite Person dann doch gewährt.

Gutes Hotel für die Preisklasse. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage war großartig in der Nähe von Touristenattraktionen. Das Frühstück war allerdings sehr durchschnittlich. Ansonsten waren alle gut. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Strategisch günstig in der Nähe von Little India und vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten gelegen. Zu Fuß zur Jonker Street. Zimmer und Bett sind geräumig und komfortabel.

Hotelpersonal freundlich, Hotelzimmer sauber, Lage direkt am Ziel, Parkplatz ausreichend, Schwimmbad auch gut genug. Die Regendusche und der Haartrockner im Waschraum funktionieren nicht gut, müssen nur repariert / ersetzt werden. Der Rest ist insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt. Ich werde bei meiner zukünftigen Reise wieder buchen.

Best best option if you are travelling with family. A stone throw away from all the hype at jonker street. Ibis hotel welcomed us with a nice hotel fragrance and the helpful and friendly staff added a lot of value to our entrance. We were wow by the room's amenities with impressive space and tip top condition. Room is housekeep to a topnotch level. Reallu loving the space and what's even better is that the room comes with bolster! I couldn't never find a hotel that offers that. We felt reluctant to leave as we only stayed a night and slept through the night like a baby. If I were to come back, hotel ibis will definitely be my choice!

Great location. Room was decent. Hallway on the floor was not as brightly lit and signage at floor can be better. Overall good value for money.

I had a pleasant stay here. The hotel's location is ideal, with a short walking distance to Jonker Street. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and the view from our window was lovely. However, there was one major drawback - the noise levels were unacceptable. The guests staying upstairs were extremely loud, constantly pushing chairs, banging, and stomping. I wish they would be more considerate of those staying below. Despite this issue, the staff were friendly, and overall, my stay was still satisfactory.

I stayed at ibis Melaka from 27 to 29 December 2024. The hotel has an excellent location, being within walking distance of the Stadthuys and Jonker Street, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The cleanliness of the hotel was satisfactory, and the rooms were well-maintained. However, there are a few areas for improvement. During breakfast, coffee and tea were not replenished promptly, and the coffee bar was left unmanned at times, which was slightly inconvenient. It seemed the hotel was understaffed during my stay. Despite these minor issues, my experience was overall satisfactory, and I would consider staying here again for its great location and decent amenities.

I love staying at iBIS hotel due to its central location! It is only took less than 10mins walk to jonker street walk! It is packed in central of Indian street with lots variety of cuisine to choose from! You would come out from the hotel and stroll around and enjoy the scenery, food and drinks! It is indeed pure heaven and relaxing vacation!

Overall, very easy access to tour spots in Melaka like Melaka Church, but, the breakfast was too poor and too dirty. staff seemed not to get motivated or encourged because they acted very slowly. Without location, it is not that worthy to stay there. Staff at night shift, they needs to learn how to listen to guest request first rather than giving instructions to guest.
