Good service from the staff, and also very polite to customer. The environment of the hotel is feeling comfort and just like home. I will return again to Liu Men if the price is reasonable.

Location for this hotel is superb. The hotel managed to maintain its traditional looks from the outside and also the inside. Service from everyone working inside is also really good.

Lovely short stay for a first visit to Liu Men hotel. Room was ready on arrival and we enjoyed a relaxing drink in the lobby after our journey. Ray did an excellent job of welcoming us and explaining the hotel facilities. Room amenity is fully equipped. Zul & his team provide wonderful services. Breakfast was well presented with excellent coffee. Will come visit again!

A Flawless Staycation Retreat I recently had the pleasure of escaping to Liu Men Hotel for a staycation from KL, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. This beautifully renovated hotel offers a tasteful and elegant atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. From check-in to checkout, the handcrafted experience was seamless and impressive. The lovely complimentary afternoon tea/coffee with light snacks was a delightful surprise. The trendy bar served exceptional cocktails, and the healthy, delicious breakfast buffet featured handpicked local delights. Every aspect of my stay was smooth and delightful, with picturesque surroundings everywhere. The attention to detail and commitment to excellence made for a truly unforgettable experience.

Great service , they follow up your arrival and sending thank you card to you after checkout. Premium room amenities and complimentary chips, snacks, fruit basket. Shower pressure is slightly low to my liking. The parking not secure and food is something that really need to look into. Prawn wasn’t fresh during my 1st breakfast, second day served me brunt and greasy roti canai. I have expectations on a room that cost 450 a night in melaka.
