Das anständige Hotel mit einem Shuttlebus, der die ganze Zeit nach Haram fährt und Sie dort in wenigen Minuten erreichen; wir haben nie gekämpft, einen Bus zu warten oder zu finden. Angesichts des Preises glaube ich sehr gute Option. Die Zimmer sind durchschnittlich bei der Möbel und ich würde sagen unter dem Durchschnitt bei der Reinigung, aber wir verbrachten nicht viel Zeit im Zimmer. Kein Wasser im Zimmer, es sei denn, Sie bitten es und sie bringen nur eine Flasche. Das Frühstück ist gut und es gibt einige Geschäfte, wenn Sie während des Tages Wasser und Snacks kaufen wollen.

Amazing arrangements in the holy city. Hotel amenities are more than perfect. 30 min walk to the holy mosque, however the hotel has shuttle services 24/7 from the hotel to the holy mosque. Rooms are very wide, clean and newly furnitured. Staff are very professional helpful and welcoming. It will be always my first choice in Mecca.

Sehr gutes Hotel.. Zimmer sind gut und geräumig. Kaaba-Ansicht ist hervorragend vom Hotel. Das Frühstück war absolut fantastisch. Gute Verbreitung mit vielen Optionen. Wir waren mit so viel Pflege bedient und vor allem Herr Ashraf war sehr hilfreich und gab uns das zusätzliche Meilenstein und kümmerte sich um uns selbst die Minuten Details, besonders für meine Mutter. Das nennt man Gastfreundschaft. Meine Rating *****. Man muss versuchen, Menschen wie Ashraf zwischen anderen Eigenschaften und diesem zu unterscheiden.

Ausgezeichneter Aufenthalt. Ich hatte durch die Hilton-App gebucht - zwei Teilharam-Ansichtszimmer. Einchecken bei der Ankunft war punktlich und reibungslos - ich buchte mit Frühstück inbegriffen. Wir wurden uns mit Frühstückszeiten und Lage bei der Ankunft vertraut. Wir wurden auch alle drei Minuten mit einem Shuttlebus zum Haram vertraut. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und das Badezimmer auch sehr groß. Frühstück war groß, einschließlich Backwaren, Eierstation, Obst und verschiedene andere heiße/kühle Artikel einschließlich Unterkontinentaloptionen. Wir wurden von Saddam - ein wirklich netter Typ - gefolgt. Hauspflege war schnell, effizient und sehr gut - die Mitarbeiter lachten immer. Wir benutzten den Kaffee im Erdgeschoss ein paar Mal für Dessert oder heiße Getränke. Alles sehr gut. Flaschen Wasser im Zimmer. Auch Eisen/Bord mit einem Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Auch ein Sprecher, wo man Asan von der Haram hören kann. Der Shuttle war sehr gut - jedes Mal, wenn wir einen Bus ausstieg, war da und war immer ohne zu viel warten. Ein paar Minen fahren zum Haram und dann etwa zwei/drei Minen gehen in die Moschee. Sie können zu Haram vom Hotel gehen, wenn Sie wollen - etwa 10 Min. Ein wenig schwieriger, von Haram zurück zu gehen, als es auf dem Hügel ist. Marriott und Hilton Convention Centre Hotels sind alle in Fußabstand und alle Shuttles von diesen drei Hotels alle an einem Ort so einfach, um jemand von ihnen auf dem Rückweg zu fangen und wechseln Sie ruhigen Weg zu Ihrem Hotel - keine Notwendigkeit, auf doppelte Warten Tree Shuttle obwohl es immer eine sehr schnell gibt. Im Allgemeinen ist ein wirklich guter Aufenthalt und ich würde es empfehlen. Auch ein wirklich schöner Eingang zum Hotel...

Miss Nehal and her colleagues at the reception, management and restaurants are among the best Marriot brands staff I have ever seen. Arrived too early for the usual check in but was treated in the best way with minimum waiting and an upgrade. The location near the HARAM is just great and the view from the 21st floor restaurant is awesome Wide variety of delicious food at breakfast and dinner time with highly courteous staff and good looking smiling faces every where . Some facelift is needed in the rooms though Thank you all Dr A Hawwari Titanium member

GGuest UserIch kam um 10 Uhr zum Hotel und die Dame in der Rezeption sagte uns, zu gehen und die Omra zu machen und zurück zu den Zimmern zu kommen, ich bin ein Gold Fairmont-Mitglied, das schlecht behandelt wurde. Wir kamen um 2:30 Uhr zurück und bemerkten, dass die Zimmer nicht bereit sind und es wurde gesagt, dass die Zeitkontrolle ist 4PM, aber vor einem Tag der Ankunft haben sie mich gerufen, mich zu fragen, wann ich das Zimmer bereit sein möchte. Jeder Kundenrezeptor richtete mich an einen anderen, wo dies überhaupt nicht praktisch war, Bild ich über 12 Stunden wach und am Ende des Tages jeden auf mich nur werfen. Nachdem wir einen Kampf hatten, haben wir endlich die Zimmer, ich erinnere mich, dass eines der Zimmer voller Insekten ist und das andere Zimmer von den Nachbarn geräuschig ist. Als ich nach mehreren Kämpfen die Rezeption sagen wollte, dass sie beide Zimmer verändert haben, mussten wir mehr als 15 Minuten für die Treppe warten. Meine Erfahrung mit diesem Hotel ist wirklich baaaaaaad und würde es niemandem empfehlen. Der einzige positive Punkt war, dass es nur wenige Schritte nach dem Haram ist, außer dass nichts es wert ist, auch wenn Sie mit jemandem vom Empfanger sprechen sie nicht antworten, als ob sie nicht hören und in meinem Fall bin ich ein Goldmitglied plus Reiseberater Ebene 6, wie wäre ich ein normales Gast was passieren würde. Sie machten meinen Tag sehr hart und krank

ZZeeshanWenn Sie nach einem 4-Sterne-Budget-Hotel suchen, dann suchen Sie nicht weiter. Das ist das Beste, was Sie bekommen können. Sie verfügen über einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus-Service, der alle halbe Stunde verkehrt. Es setzt Sie am Marwa-Tor ab. Sie müssen 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß gehen, um Haram zu erreichen. Sie holen Sie am selben Ort ab. Ich hatte kein Problem mit dem Shuttlebus-Service. Der Shuttleservice war gut genug. Der einzige Nachteil ist der Weg zum Haram. Ich hatte meinen Sohn dabei und er hatte jedes Mal Mühe, zu laufen. Das Essen im Hotel ist schlechter. Ich mochte es überhaupt nicht. Ich nahm am Frühstücksbuffet teil und zahlte 100 Rial. Es war ein schlechteres Essenserlebnis. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war sehr begrenzt. Insgesamt ist es ein gutes, preisgünstiges Hotel. Ich schätze, du musst irgendwo Kompromisse eingehen.

GGuest UserPositives: anständiges Zimmer, komfortable Betten und eine gute Auswahl an Lebensmitteln. Negatives: sehr schlechter Kundenservice. Das Telefon wird nie auf der Rezeption aufgehoben!! Auch das Zimmer wird nicht regelmäßig gereinigt, auch nachdem Sie es beantragt haben, unser Zimmer wurde nur 2 mal in 2 Wochen gereinigt. Wir würden jeden Tag zu der Rezeption gehen und bitten, dass das Zimmer sauber wird und am Ende des Tages wir würden immer noch zurück in ein unreines Zimmer kommen. Zu einem Zeitpunkt mussten wir zu Rezeption und Wäscherei und saubere Handtücher gehen, da sie diese nicht täglich lieferten. Ich denke, das ist kein 5* Hotel, da es diese grundlegenden Reinigungsdienste nicht liefert. Sie ersetzen auch nicht jeden Tag Mülltaschen, was bedeutete, dass die Mülltasche im Zimmer und in den Korridoren überflüssig war.

GGuest UserIch habe schon lange die Bedeutung dieses Review geschrieben. Es tut mir leid, dass ich es nicht früher getan habe. Meine Familie und ich waren am meisten beeindruckt mit diesem Hotel. Die Suite, die wir reservierten, war geräumig und luxuriös mit erstaunlicher Aussicht auf die Berge, den Haram und den Uhrturm. Mit einer Decke auf den Fensterboden und einer Panoramablick auf Makkah konnten wir nicht mehr gefragt haben. Das Personal des Hotels war am freundlichsten, hilfsbereit und extrem professionell. Frau Sarah Alamri war nur ein Vergnügen, sich zu treffen. Sie machte unsere Reise und blieb so viel einfacher und bequemer, indem sie unsere Kinder für die Zukunft zu nehmen. Das Futoor im Restaurant war reiner Einfallsreichtum. Das Buffetverteiler war wahrscheinlich einer der besten, die ich mit einer großen Auswahl an leckeren Mahlzeiten erlebt habe. Das Restaurantpersonal war auch hilfreich und freundlich. Hatten für den Herrn Wasim Akram, der wirklich alles reibungslos lief. Das Hotel als Ganzes war umgebend und beeindruckend. Absolut liebte er den Bukhoor und exquisite Duft an den Eingängen und den Turm von frischen Terminen und Kawa. Der Zugang zum Lounge war eine wunderschöne Behandlung. Danke Frau Reem Alamri, die die perfekte Gastgeberin war. Das Hotel war sehr bequem und der Tunnel-Zugang ist perfekt für den Eintritt in den neuen Abschnitt des Haram. Es braucht einige Spaziergänge, aber wir genossen es auch. Insgesamt eine absolut wunderbare Erfahrung mit meiner Familie.

GGuest UserWe stayed for a week. Overall, it was a decent experience although ultimately overpriced during Umrah. The room was relatively small. We were able to add a third guest at a cost of 300 riyals per night which was reasonable but only a bunk bed was offered and it took the minimal space available. The bathroom sink was clogged during our entire stay despite repetitive requests made to the cleaning staff and on the Bonvoy Marriott app. The food experience is however terrible! Iftar at the restaurant is extremely overpriced for 250 riyals per person and unjustified for a food of poor quality and not tasty at that. The scheduling was also hectic. Iftar was only from 7 to 9 pm and Sohour from 1 to 3 am; meaning if one wanted to attend Taraweeh, they would not be able to eat by the time they came back from the Mosque and would have to wait until 1 am to sustain themselves, which is ridiculous. We were therefore eating at the coffeeshop reception which was offering a buffet for 100 riyals per person, which was still overpriced for what it was. Only a few items were offered and not replenished.

NNabeelEs ist ein sehr schönes Hotel. Wanderweite bis zum Tor 79 (10 Minuten), was direkt zum Kaaba führt.
Es gibt zwei Turms, 1 & 2, beide haben ein tolles Frühstück.
Es gibt zwei Restaurants in Turm 2. Es gibt einen Kaffee, der Geburtstagsküche machen kann, wenn Sie so wünschen.
Es gibt ein schönes Gebetszimmer im Hotel.
Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr.

1 it is the 1st time for me sine many years to book without breakfast because the breakfast in the last time wasno so good like past times athough accepted and in general good
2.is the most important through over 11 years in makka hotels is the 1st time fo me to dicovet that the basin of water in the bathroom is completely plugged and i failed to relieve it and i discvover it late after 1 am bcause i checked in in at 7 pm and goto sleep untilmy wife and children came ahter midnight fron Alharam and was difficult for me tocall for repair at this late time and my family in the roon i tried next day to tell them because i love this hotel but the female employee didnot ask me as usual abouf any complain ...
I would like also to mention to 2 positive points
1.the man employee in check in was very helpful and rapid
2.the park for cars was my 1st experience because outside the hospitali is very crowded now and although not so wide and croweded also i succed to find a place for my car and itwas a goofd experience
In general it osgood hotel esp.for price...and has a small bus every hour for alharam and wide clean rooms and deserve to be repeated

GGuest UserWe stayed at the hotel for 12 amazing days. The staffs were very welcoming and always attentive to our needs. The receptionists are always here to help with any of your issues. Be it laundry, housekeeping, payment, anything. Aadil from housekeeping did great cleaning jobs throughout our stay. Regular free shuttle to Masjid Al Haram really enhances your visit for swalat or even shopping etc. Note that you can wash your clothes and sun dry it on the roof. Bring your own cords. TTrail68002471547Das Hotel ist rund 10 Minuten Fahrt von AlHaram entfernt. Es bietet einen Stundenbus nach und von AlHaram an. Das Empfangspersonal ist sehr willkommen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und modern. Möbel ist neu. Das Zimmer ist durchschnittlich groß, aber OK. Waschraum ist zu klein. Nichts zu beschweren. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr und werde es definitiv eine Top-Wahl für meinen künftigen Aufenthalt in Makkah.
