Guter Aufenthalt in Makkah während wir als Familie besucht. In der Nähe von Hajj ziyārah Standorte und nur 5 Minuten Fahrt nach Masjid al Haram (wenn es ruhig ist. Vernünftig sauber, obwohl ich nicht von der IHG-Reinigungsversicherung überzeugt war während dieser heiklen Zeiten. Wir gingen für die 2 Zimmer mit Verbindungsleitung, aber das Hotel hatte den Schlüssel zur Verbindungstür verloren!! Es dauerte die ganze Nacht und in den Morgen, bevor wir in ein anderes Zimmer mit einer Tür umgesiedelt wurden, die den Zugang zueinander Zimmer ... sehr wichtig, wenn Sie 3 Kinder haben. Bis dahin schliefen alle 5 von uns in einem Zimmer für die erste Nacht der 2 Nachten gebucht!! Unser neues Zimmer hatte Probleme mit dem Türverriegelungssensor .... so ein Wartungsproblem rund um. Wenn die Fragen jedoch sortiert wurden, Alles andere war reibungslos. Anständig genug Frühstück für europäische und arabische Geschmacksmuster. Räumige Zimmer, gut dekoriert. Eine Sache zu beachten ... Rezeption Mitarbeiter sind ausgezeichnet - polit, gut gestaltet und möchte Dinge für Sie sortiert werden. Es ist nur leider die Wartungspersonal kämpfen. Ich würde auf der Grundlage empfehlen, dass die Wartungsfragen eine einzige off-the-question waren.

The hotel is a good one clean affordable, but they don’t have a restaurant and you have to go near Haram to get food. Also the hotel in high mountain. There are golf cars, but you will have to wait for them and you have to request a car sometimes. 

It is my first time to have a short stay in this hotel. It was a very good experience from the start of my journey at the reception desk with Mr. “saif” and his warm welcome and continuous smile, through the wide, clean room with its new furniture and many facilities, the good service of the house keeper “Samy”, passing by the most decent, supportive, and helpful restaurant manager; Mr. “Taher”; and his professional team, and ending at the reception desk again with the warm “see you again” from Mr. Abd AlRahman. From my point of view, except for the fact that the hotel is far from “Haram”, it is one of the best hotels in Makkah.

Ich kam um 10 Uhr zum Hotel und die Dame in der Rezeption sagte uns, zu gehen und die Omra zu machen und zurück zu den Zimmern zu kommen, ich bin ein Gold Fairmont-Mitglied, das schlecht behandelt wurde. Wir kamen um 2:30 Uhr zurück und bemerkten, dass die Zimmer nicht bereit sind und es wurde gesagt, dass die Zeitkontrolle ist 4PM, aber vor einem Tag der Ankunft haben sie mich gerufen, mich zu fragen, wann ich das Zimmer bereit sein möchte. Jeder Kundenrezeptor richtete mich an einen anderen, wo dies überhaupt nicht praktisch war, Bild ich über 12 Stunden wach und am Ende des Tages jeden auf mich nur werfen. Nachdem wir einen Kampf hatten, haben wir endlich die Zimmer, ich erinnere mich, dass eines der Zimmer voller Insekten ist und das andere Zimmer von den Nachbarn geräuschig ist. Als ich nach mehreren Kämpfen die Rezeption sagen wollte, dass sie beide Zimmer verändert haben, mussten wir mehr als 15 Minuten für die Treppe warten. Meine Erfahrung mit diesem Hotel ist wirklich baaaaaaad und würde es niemandem empfehlen. Der einzige positive Punkt war, dass es nur wenige Schritte nach dem Haram ist, außer dass nichts es wert ist, auch wenn Sie mit jemandem vom Empfanger sprechen sie nicht antworten, als ob sie nicht hören und in meinem Fall bin ich ein Goldmitglied plus Reiseberater Ebene 6, wie wäre ich ein normales Gast was passieren würde. Review: My stay at Address Jabal Omar Hotel was almost akin to experiencing a six-star accommodation, had it not been for a couple of setbacks. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the grandeur of the hotel and the warm reception from the staff. However, my enthusiasm waned slightly due to issues encountered during check-in, which disrupted the otherwise seamless experience. Moreover, the bathroom facilities didn't meet the high standards I expected. Despite these challenges, the hotel's overall ambiance and amenities were truly impressive. The luxurious atmosphere, coupled with exceptional service, left a lasting positive impression on me. Nevertheless, my stay was still delightful, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a fabulous and memorable experience.

Super Impressed with everything!! Front Desk, concierge, cleaning staff and the restaurant!! They all made us feel extremely welcome and exceptional. I want to shout to the best restaurant team of the world, I have visited every continent and many many countries. This service has been exceptional.. beyond exceptional!!! Namely Chidfrul Aziz One and only Monir Islam, Nanna, Ahmed Hosein aka Mr mustache, Mr Radwan, Mr manhood, Mr Ricky, and Amir!! We stayed at the hotel for 12 amazing days. The staffs were very welcoming and always attentive to our needs. The receptionists are always here to help with any of your issues. Be it laundry, housekeeping, payment, anything. Aadil from housekeeping did great cleaning jobs throughout our stay. Regular free shuttle to Masjid Al Haram really enhances your visit for swalat or even shopping etc. Note that you can wash your clothes and sun dry it on the roof. Bring your own cords. We stayed for a week. Overall, it was a decent experience although ultimately overpriced during Umrah. The room was relatively small. We were able to add a third guest at a cost of 300 riyals per night which was reasonable but only a bunk bed was offered and it took the minimal space available. The bathroom sink was clogged during our entire stay despite repetitive requests made to the cleaning staff and on the Bonvoy Marriott app. The food experience is however terrible! Iftar at the restaurant is extremely overpriced for 250 riyals per person and unjustified for a food of poor quality and not tasty at that. The scheduling was also hectic. Iftar was only from 7 to 9 pm and Sohour from 1 to 3 am; meaning if one wanted to attend Taraweeh, they would not be able to eat by the time they came back from the Mosque and would have to wait until 1 am to sustain themselves, which is ridiculous. We were therefore eating at the coffeeshop reception which was offering a buffet for 100 riyals per person, which was still overpriced for what it was. Only a few items were offered and not replenished.

Großes Hotel mit aktiven und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern an der Rezeption für einen schnellen Check-in und Zimmerbetten, die von den Haushältern hübsch gemacht wurden. Gute Lage, da Haram und Standard-Restaurants 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt sind und es in der Umgebung viele Lebensmittelgeschäfte gibt. Die Zimmergröße war sogar für 4 Betten etwas kleiner. Das Badezimmer muss mit einem Duschkopf von besserer Qualität gewartet werden, der beim Anpassen nicht herunterfallen darf. Die Nivellierung der Duschwanne ist erforderlich, um zu verhindern, dass Wasser austritt und den Boden wässrig und unordentlich macht. Keine Toilettenpapierrollen vorhanden, etwas seltsam und kostensparend. Sehr sicherer Aufenthalt für Paare und Familien. Insgesamt eine schöne Erfahrung, obwohl ich der Meinung bin, dass es zu diesem Preis kostenlose Aftari- und Sehri-Arrangements hätte geben sollen.

Wenn Sie nach einem 4-Sterne-Budget-Hotel suchen, dann suchen Sie nicht weiter. Das ist das Beste, was Sie bekommen können. Sie verfügen über einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus-Service, der alle halbe Stunde verkehrt. Es setzt Sie am Marwa-Tor ab. Sie müssen 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß gehen, um Haram zu erreichen. Sie holen Sie am selben Ort ab. Ich hatte kein Problem mit dem Shuttlebus-Service. Der Shuttleservice war gut genug. Der einzige Nachteil ist der Weg zum Haram. Ich hatte meinen Sohn dabei und er hatte jedes Mal Mühe, zu laufen. Das Essen im Hotel ist schlechter. Ich mochte es überhaupt nicht. Ich nahm am Frühstücksbuffet teil und zahlte 100 Rial. Es war ein schlechteres Essenserlebnis. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war sehr begrenzt. Insgesamt ist es ein gutes, preisgünstiges Hotel. Ich schätze, du musst irgendwo Kompromisse eingehen.
