Great location within Greenbelt/Glorietta shopping district. Small boutique hotel, few parking, average buffet breakfast.

There is no parking space , but affordable price. They are hospitable.

初めて3泊しました。窓はありませんが、premier roomは広く快適でした。　朝食はこぢんまりですが、毎朝メニューが変わっていて、とても美味しいかったです。スタッフも皆様、優しく対応してくださいました。

Breakfast is good, however not a lot of options. Washroom shower knob does not hold up. Clogged shower and sink. Room is not sound proof. When people are talking outside, we can hear it. Any moving of furniture can easily be heard as well
