Mit Ausnahme des Hoteltransfers, der eine Katastrophe war, können wir dieses Hotel empfehlen. Wir waren in einem Zimmer mit einem separaten Bett und Wohnzimmer. Wir gingen fast nicht zum Mittagessen und zum Abendessen. Mistro im 35. Stock bietet hervorragende Aussichten und schöne Gerichte außer wenigen, die wir nicht wirklich mögen (Vielleicht anders Geschmack). Die Mitarbeiter, von Reinigungs Damen bis zu den Wächtern und Managern sind freundlich und wirklich um ihre Dienstleistungen kümmern. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel im Vergleich zu Hilton, wo wir schlechte Erfahrungen hatten und Seda Residence bietet mehr Wert als Hilton.

My experience with this stay was excellent. Although I booked at the last minute, the housekeeper warmly guided me through the check-in process, for which I am very grateful. Upon entering the room, I was immediately struck by how clean the floors were. The facilities are well-equipped, and I appreciated having a kettle for hot water and a hairdryer—both are very convenient, especially for long-term travelers. Additionally, there is a washing machine available. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Checked in only to find numerous hairs throughout the bed (see attached photos). The bed was perfectly made - so the room had been 'serviced' as far as the hotel was concerned. I'd understand if it were a single hair as this could have fallen from the head of the person servicing the room, but 5 or so hairs, in numerous places? The Reddoorz website also states a refrigerator is present in every room as seen at the top of their page. My room did not contain one. The rooms are meant to be serviced daily - despite having the 'please make up my room' hanger on the exterior door handle as soon as I'd checked in, my room was never serviced. Probably for the best given they don't clean the rooms properly anyway. Photo attached for your reference. Emailed the General Manager for the property who hasn't bothered to respond - and - Reddoorz themselves are denying any responsibility and refusing to take ownership. Plenty of better, clean and affordable hotels nearby, and in Manila.

Located very close to Greenbelt mall and SM which is great for shopping and eating. The room was amazing and was offered an upgrade at check-in. The service was amazing, very friendly staff. Would definitely stay again when traveling through manila.

Insgesamt war es ein guter Aufenthalt, sie haben eine anständige Menge von Einrichtungen gehalten. Sie fördern dort Onsen Spa ganz, aber wenn wir versuchten, Spa-Paket es nicht verfügbar war, Es war also ein Bummer, aber wir haben 10 min kostenlose Massage, das war wirklich gut. Das Frühstück war angemessen, nicht viel Vegetarier Optionen. In einer besetzten Lage, Pool-Bereich ist sehr schön. Wifi könnte besser im Zimmer sein.

Die Lage ist schön, wenn Sie in Bars gehen und feiern möchten. Das Zimmer ist auch sauber und das Personal ist zugänglich. Aber der Flur im 9. Stock riecht nach Zigaretten. Aber alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen🥰

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. The location is good because it's near a lot of establishments. The hotel also is nice. Rooftop, gym and work area. But the problem is the pool. It's dirty and a lot of algae. I already informed the staff but took 1 day before they close it. The problem as well is when the close it. They didn't clean it. They just close it. How can guest enjoy if that is the case?

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Grand Westside Hotel, perfekt für unsere entspannende Wochenende Flucht. Obwohl das Hotel neu geöffnet und noch einige Bauarbeiten unterliegt, waren die Einrichtungen und Zimmer sowohl angemessen und komfortabel. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt war das Frühstück mit einem umfangreichen und zufriedenstellenden Menü. Wir möchten auch unser Herzfell an Kim ausdehnen, für die Hilfe, uns unser Zimmer zu buchen. Insgesamt war es eine wunderbare Erfahrung.

Es ist mein erstes Mal und meine ganze Familienunterkunft in Solare North. Es ist sehr zugänglich für uns, da es in der Nähe unseres Platzes und da es neben einem Mall ist. Ich und meine Familie genossen so viel in diesem Hotel. Alles übersteigt unsere Erwartungen. Ich, zusammen mit meiner ganzen Familie, liebe hier zu bleiben. Alles riecht so frisch. weit anders als alle Hotels, die wir waren. Personal ist so Gastfreundschaft, alle bereit, zu helfen und zu helfen. Wir konnten nicht mehr fragen. Ich möchte nur Daryl aus der Hauswirtschaftsabteilung erhebt immer seine Hilfehanden auf uns, besonders mich, die zwei Kinder hat, immer fragen mich und meine ganzen Familienmitglieder, ob wir etwas anderes brauchen und ob es irgendeine Hilfe gibt, die er kann Er sorgt auch für unsere Komfort und unsere Bedürfnisse durch ständige Anfrage, ob ich und meine Familie etwas brauchen und/oder ob er eigene Initiative hat, um zu helfen, auch ohne zu fragen. Unser Zimmer bleibt immer frisch, sauber und mit allen Mitarbeitern, die wir während unseres Aufenthalts benötigen, wiederbestellt. Es war ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt und Erfahrung. Wir freuen uns so, dass er als unser Haushaltspersonal während unseres Aufenthalts. Und ich werde ihn sicher persönlich wieder beantragen, da er sehr aufmerksam und leicht zu behandeln ist. Meine Kinder sind so glücklich hier zu bleiben und wir würden sicher zurückkommen. Danke so sehr Solar North.
