I vist hotel for my office meeting in ayodhya ,.I had the best experience in hospitality and house keeping service . The Magner Mr. Devang pandey was kind and helpful . The rooms was neat , and clean when i has checked in during my stay..........

Ok hotel near the airport. Poor customer service. Rahul and Jahir the managers needs to learn what a customer service means. Booked thinking it is a star hotel, but not worth the stars. Not sure how they ended up with this. They nickel and dime for everything. Even Paid Rs 100 for storing the luggage after checkout for couple of hours before we catch our flight at 5 pm. 22 times power cuts on the day we stayed. people getting stuck on elevators for more than 30 minis was a constant scene over there in the lobby. Would recommend everyone to look into other options first before ending up here

Nice little hotel near the airport. Has a Good breakfast.Ram mandhir is around 8 km from here. Getting Uber was tough. Please arrange a taxi from hotel reception. Staff were nice. But would be better if they could converse in English for non-Hindi speaking guests. Would stay here again.

F&B manager mr. Rajkumar and team is an excellent host at cygnett collection KK hotel Ayodhya, excellent stay in abode of ram lala birthplace , truly a moment to cherish and enjoy with family and friends , I highly recommend the stay at this property, Five stars and keep up the good work.

The Raj Kumar and his culinary staff were simply superb. The food was very tasty and authentic! It was pipping hot too!! And the staff were very attentive and pleasing! Coming to the room, the ambience was very nice and all facilities were provided to make one’s stay a comfortable one. All in all, it was a memorable stay!

The entrance to the hotel is not amongst the best but the rooms, food and service is excellent. The distance to the temple is around 10km but it’s worth considering there are not good hotels around the temple. Rajkumar and the team including shashikant was very helpful!

Rajkumar and his team : Payal, Arun, Shashikant, and all other team members are very cordial and cooperative. They are managing the guests very well with a big smile:) also they are all very young 20yrs old. The rooms are clean and neat. The reception staff also very helpful:)
