This hotel is great! We only stayed 1 night, while in the area for the Sugarcreek Swiss festival. We have only good things to say about how clean this hotel was, the breakfast was hot & delicious, the indoor pool was actually warm enough to enjoy & the staff was great! We had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Patel, the General Manager & we could tell he took pride of keeping up his hotel. We even thought it had been recently remodelled***That's how nice it was, but it is actually due for remodeling in 2025. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!! Debbie & Tony from Pittsburgh

Horrible staff!!!!! Everyone was extremely rude and they charged an extra $350 to our account for no reason. Do not stay here!!!!! I cannot believe how we were treated. Highly do not recommend. Not only did they charge us an extra $350 but they also charged several of my friends .

Nice hotel right off I77, nothing fancy but clean and quiet close to Amish stayed on a week night, lots of parking, breakfast was ok, front desk was very helpful, no worries on staying here if traveling Ohio Amish country, close to Cleveland also.

This is a very, very nice choice hotels property. From the moment that I checked in until I left, my stay was excellent. Sarah at the front desk was extremely friendly and efficient gave me the exact kind of room that I requested. I believe the manager was there. He suggested a pizza parlor that turned out to be excellent and he was very helpful and friendly as well. The room itself was excellent as well. It was very clean, had a comfortable bed, and there were hundreds of TV channels to choose from. The breakfast offerings looked to be quite good though I just opted for coffee I would highly recommend this hotel, whether you’re a business traveler, or with a family. I am very sure you won’t be disappointed.

stopped for the night, front desk employee was friendly and helpful. got room king bed. could tell had been renovated. had a frig, micro, coffee pot, hairdryer. Room was clean. bed was a bit firm and lots pillows. shower pressure was good, shower only no tub. vending machine (snacks and pop). across road is a walking path, gas station close and a giant eagle. brewery close as well. good location. the pool was open and not busy. had a great breakfast that actually started early. eggs, sausage, breads, pastries, fruit, cereal. coffee.
