The worst situation I’ve ever had in my life. Got to the hotel, there was nobody in the reception. The door was locked. It turns out that I was supposed to receive a code for my room but I did not receive any message from the hotel. After half an hour of waiting outside there happened to be people in the kitchen who opened the door for me. They tried to help me for an hour to contact Misha from the hotel via email and it was tedious! After an hour and a half, the customer service of the app I ordered from was able to locate a contact from the hotel who sent me the room code. It was simply a terrible and unpleasant experience that ruined my vacation. And when I entered the room my eyes darkened. It's so small like a dungeon! I experienced three horrible days there until I moved to another hotel. I would never recommend this hotel. Not worth a penny. There is no place to move, no window to the street. It's just awful. The only good thing is that it was very clean.

This hotel is well located, close to the main landmarks and attractions. It was clean, they give some beers for free so that was nice. The breakfast I ordered was decent. I recommend this hotel for sure.

Positives: clean, conveniently located, cheap
General: small space which for me was not an issue but might be for some
Negatives: small shower which was an issue for me, no one on site to talk to (but then again, it is cheap)
Essentially this place is like a average of a hostel and a hotel.

After a lot of mucking around, trying to call someone, just to get into the building, we finally got in and then discovered this is pretty much a hostel. Small common area and then small rooms off from there. We didn't end up staying because our room was right next to the entry level for everyone staying and we knew we'd have noise all night. Checking in (if you can call it that) was difficult but the biggest problem for us was the style of accommodation.
