Obwohl das Zimmer klein war, waren alle Mitarbeiter freundlich und perfekt. Es ist so ein wunderbarer Ort Mir gefällt, dass die Terrasse groß ist. Willkommensgetränke, Äpfel, Gelee usw. sind auch nett. Ich möchte wirklich zurückkommen

Da es direkt vor dem Bahnhof Atocha lag, war es auch mit großem Gepäck kein Problem. Im ersten Stock des Hotels gibt es einen Mac's und in der Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants, sodass Sie keine Probleme haben werden, eine Mahlzeit zu finden. Auch die Aussicht vom Balkon war gut.

Es verfügt über eine gute Anbindung an wichtige Touristenattraktionen wie den Bahnhof Atocha, das Sol Plaza und die Plaza Mayor. Ich habe spät eingecheckt und es wurde mir freundlich geholfen, auch wenn mein Koffer nicht ankam. Das Frühstück war auch ausgezeichnet.

Es liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Atocha und das Personal ist freundlich. Nach dem Einchecken befand sich jedoch noch Toilettenpapier in der Badezimmertoilette, das nicht vollständig gespült worden war. Dadurch hat das Hotel das Zimmer noch einmal gereinigt und ich konnte komfortabel übernachten.

Opposite atocha train station but can take sometime to cross over because it’s located along major crossroads . Terrace faces retiro park but not much can be seen. Terrace room seems all located on 7th floor (highest is 8). The room is quite dusty (on the floor) though it looks clean on the whole. Amenities requested through a scan of QR code. Requested for a few items (as there are none not even a kettle!) and received a call that they already have slippers and dental kit in the room but will send anyway. But there was no slippers and dental kit in the room that’s why I request. Anyway, out of the things which I requested, they only sent over the above 2 and kettle. Some other items they did not sent to me even though I requested such as tea bag and amenity kit.

Right beside Atocha train station. There are good restaurants nearby. Very convenient to go to the museums, Puerta del sol or Retiro park.

Within a ten-minute walk from the train station, there are many restaurants and supermarkets downstairs. It is also very close to Parque de El Retiro. It's not far to walk to the city center. The staff are helpful and polite. The room is large and fully equipped. Very good stay experience.

The hotel is in good location, where it is near the Atocha station that easily take train or bus to airport or other cities. The hotel room is clean and big. The staff are nice and helpful.

The location is really good right across the Prado with many restaurants around  The room is big and spacious and very clean

Excellent resort estate and service is outstanding , and near the best museums and rooftop view with the park

Reception was nice and allowed us to check in early because our room was early. The room was quite beautiful and spacious, overlooking the park. The facilities are clean and modern.
