Excellent service at checkin counter. Good size room at convenient location & very good value for money.

I have randomly selected this hotel and it turned out to be a great choice. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. quiet area, clean, at walking distance to Croix rousse. rooms are super comfy and the bed is amazing. Perfect choice for business or leisure travel. Reception team is very helpful and friendly.

訂的園景房，特意備註要高層，但是給我的是負一樓房間，像半地下室的樣子，要求換房的時候説已經滿了，衹能第二天再換，我是下午三點半到的酒店，就已經客滿了，我是不信的！最後一天上午九點多，我還在睡覺中，一個清潔女工直接開門進屋了，差點嚇死我，説了一大堆我聽不懂的話，然後拿着我的房間裏的免打擾掛牌 掛在門的外面，簡直莫名其妙！真的很氣！酒店位置偏遠，短途旅遊不方便！

Nous sommes venue pour le week ends de Pâques avec ma copine nous avons était super bien accueilli, la chambre que nous avons eu était vraiment parfaite très belle et très propre. Aucun regret sur cette hôtel je le conseil fortement pour le prix il est parfait. Le petit déjeuner très bon avec des produit maison et frais.

Das Personal ist jung, sehr freundlich und sehr professionell. Die Qualität der Gemeinschaftsräume, hübsch und komfortabel, vermittelt den Eindruck, man sei zu Hause. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Sehr gutes Qualitätsrestaurant. Adresse zum Empfehlen

Eine Übernachtung für einen beruflichen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig, besonders wenn man auf der Hofseite liegt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, die Bettwäsche ist erstklassig, das Gleiche gilt für die Kissen. In den Zimmern ist alles vorhanden, um es sich gut gehen zu lassen: Kaffee, Tee.

We had a very pleasant two-night stay here recently. Our room was on the garden level (-1) at the back of the hotel, which was great because it meant the room was completely quiet 24/7. The room was pretty standard for this type of hotel and had everything one needs, and the bed was very comfortable. All the staff at the hotel spoke excellent English and were very helpful. If you’re looking to stay in the Croix Rousse area of Lyon, we’d certainly recommend this place.

We stayed at the Tribe for a week for our visit to Lyon and were very happy with it. The staff was extremely kind and friendly and went out of their way for any requests we had. If you're staying in the Croix-Rousse area, this is a great place to stay.

Thanks Tribe for a great short stay - friendly staff, very comfortable and clean room. Short walk to Croix Rousse with some excellent cafes and shops - and a bus ride into the centre of Lyon. We would certainly recommend Tribe for a short stay.

I returned to my room after a day in Lyon & discovered that my room door had been wedged open. My room had been cleaned with nothing more to do. No staff were nearby which concerned me - I looked to find staff to ask why my room was open and was unable to find someone for a few minutes. Once I found a member of staff, I asked why my room had been left open, noting my discomfort at the fact that passports and items of value were in the room (I had walked straight into my room & stayed for many minutes before continuing to look for staff, & was not confronted on whether it was my room - & did not need a key card to enter. This confirmed that anybody could have entered my room without detection & taken my belongings and that the hotel is not safe & secure). When I had explained this to the cleaner (via another member of staff who translated me), the cleaner shrugged & it was translated back to me that my room was fine & it had only been a couple of HOURS since my room had been cleaned that morning. They did not care & offered no apology. I complained to reception, and while they were more apologetic, they lacked sincerity & I had the stark impression that they wanted me to leave them alone. 30 minutes later, my door opened again & another cleaner walked in, despite my room being cleaned previously & having confirmation that nobody would enter again. The following morning the room opened again 2 hours before the checkout time. The hotel offered an incredibly low & unacceptable level of compensation. In conclusion, this hotel is not even remotely safe, given the risk of possessions being stolen due to doors of rooms being left propped open.

A lovely hotel with excellent staff, clean and cosy. Perfect location for a stay in Lyon, Croix Rousse with good connection to everything by bus and Metro nearby. A really nice place to spend a vaction during spring. Would be my preferred spot also for my next trip to Lyon.

Tribe -Lyon (France) in Croix Rousse. Just stayed there 2 nights and as it’s quite new, thought I’d share experience. Location. It’s in the suburbs but a bus is about a 2 minute walk and metro say 8 minutes away and both take you to Hotel de Ville quite quickly. It’s very close to a major hospital but that wasn’t an issue. Safe area. Small Carrefors across the road. Style. Funky vibe but that’s ok. It’s part of a complex of apartmentments with an internal garden outlook which is lovely. Booked via Accor app and I messed it up and emailed them and were great helping me sort it out. Checkin was fine. Car park is under the hotel via circular access that’s very tight. No idea how a big car would get down there. €18/night. Room. Comfortable bed that has some space underneath to store smaller things as they hanging space is limited. Our suitcases were pushed in corners as nowhere else. Room had tea/coffee making but no milk. No fridge either. We couldn’t get the aircon to cool no matter what so the room was hot. Ended up turning off the heater and opening a window. Room was near the lift but we heard nothing. We left our room around 9am and returned at 2.30pm to find it wasn’t cleaned (all we really wanted was the bin to be emptied as it’s very small.) All up, I’d give it 3/5: comfortable and convenient but nothing special.
