The hotel is not very close to the subway station, but traveling is not difficult. It’s very convenient to call a Didi or take a bus since there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The hotel staff were very attentive and welcoming to us as foreign guests. They made an effort to communicate with us. Even though we only stayed for two nights, we felt very well-received. The room was clean, and the housekeeping staff were lovely. The window in the room is a fake one, which is quite unique and gives the impression of it always being daytime. The restaurant, fitness room, and laundry room are located on the 5th floor. A minor downside was that on the first night, I noticed a faint smell of cigarette smoke in the room, especially near the left side of the bed next to the bedside clock. Additionally, the shower drainage didn’t work very well. I mention these points for improvement and not to damage the hotel’s reputation. Nonetheless, I was quite satisfied with my stay and would consider staying here again when I visit Chengdu in the future.

Hotel is right outside the busstop and a 5mins walk away from ChunXi Road. Hotel room in general is very clean and comfortable. Frontdesk is very helpful and polite. Will come back to stay if i travel to Chengdu again.

This hotel is the best hotel ever, i love traveling and this is the first hotel that is very helpful, very understandable, all the staff are very kind, they try their best to communicate with us. The cleanliness is TOP, the interior and room is very large, convenient and homey. The location is very close to chunxi and taikoli, there are so many good restaurants just beside the hotel. Feng Peng Hua, is very helpful but the other staff also very humble and nice. I would definitely stay in this hotel again when i come back to Chengdu! Thank you so much :)

Receptionists Chou Lisha 周丽莎 and Chen Yan 陈艳 are attentive, polite and prompt in their service. They also extended our check out time by 2 hours before we had to leave for airport. Hotel is clean and hygienic, and the design is chic and modern. It was a comfortable stay and most attractions are just up to 10 to 15 minutes Didi ride away. Only one very minor issue was that the air vent of room 8663 had the smell of cigarettes every time it was turned out. 8662 did not have this issue. The free laundry facilities are very good and easy to use. Recommend this hotel especially if you come back from travelling from road trips and have tons of clothes to wash.

The hotel staff was so good and helpful and make our first trip to china so memorable. I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know for sure! They even have We chat to communicate and it’s so easy for us to stay here! ❤️

Very clean and new. Feel private and quiet. No smell of smoke at all. Nice and warm temperature even in the winter.  Outstanding service, I have to check out early but still able to leave luggages at the hotel, then picked them up later in the late night.  Staff are not able to speak English but still have an eager to communicate. I’ve been to several hotel in Chengdu, I think this one is the best.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It's in a walking distance from Chunxi road metro and all the shopping area. The staff is also very nice. A perfect stay.

hotel looks very new, clean and spacious room fitted with modern smart home fittings such as toilet bowl, TV and curtains. However, walls are thin and you can hear people talking in the next room. Mobile data network is poor within the room and we had to go the lobby in order to access non-China apps such as WhatsApp and Instagram. Room felt stuffy with no ventilation as there was only a fake window. With no air conditioner and central warm heating, the entire room was quite warm and uncomfortable.

The hotel is very clean and new. Event though the staff cannot speak english but they are very helpful. Location is ok, about 1 km from the airport bus dropping point. The room is big. Highly recommend!

and comfortable. I didn’t request for housekeeping on second day but my room was neatly done up and amenities topped up when I returned from exploring the outskirts. Location is amazing as well, very close to the popular street. Waterproofing of shower was amazing because other countries cannot seem to contain shower water well, so this was a pleasant surprise. Laundry room was also clean and well equipped. Most importantly, I would like to thank the staff for their remarkable and hospitable service. Special shout out to amazing staff, Miss 苏开慧 and another lady (whom I didn’t catch her name but she assisted me via online calls on 携程旅行 even before I reached Chengdu). They went out of their way to help me on one of my troublesome Taobao packages which was boggling me for very long. As a foreigner, I am very pleased and touched by their sincerity and service. If I can leave a 100 stars, I would.

It's was one of the memorable trip with my old buddies. Other than pleasant sight seeing and town exploring, it's the warm hospitality from concierges both day and night shift, Wonderful services with smile, it's feel like home., keep it up. Room was new and clean, great location(near metro). We stayed for 2 days and it's full of good experiences. Thank YOU.
