"The hotel boasts an excellent location, situated right next to Sanfang Qixiang and conveniently connected to the metro. Recent renovations have kept the interior fresh, with rooms appearing brand new. Other previous reviews online mentioned water leakage concerns, but evident efforts have been made to address this, with new waterproof materials applied in bathrooms and around windows. Cleanliness is maintained at a high standard by dedicated staff. Overall, a highly commendable hotel."

"Es gibt viele, viele Probleme! Als ich am ersten Tag das Zimmer betrat, war das Licht in der Umkleidekabine kaputt. Am zweiten Tag bat ich die Rezeption, das Wechselgeld zu ändern, und das Personal sagte mit einer schlechten Einstellung: ”Es gibt keinen solchen Service.” Diese beiden Dinge sind nicht das, was ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel haben sollte. Noch empörender ist, dass ich drei Stunden nach dem Auschecken und Auschecken eine Empfangsdame empfing, die in den Laden kam und sagte: „Ihre Vorautorisierung Ihrer Kreditkarte kann nicht storniert werden! Ich bezahlte die Zimmergebühr und bat mich, einen internationalen Rückruf nach Taiwan zu tätigen, um die ausstellende Bank zu finden. Nachdem ich einen halben Tag lang mit der Bank Kontakt aufgenommen hatte, sagten sowohl die taiwanesische Bank als auch die Festlandbank unisono: „Es gibt ein Problem mit dem Betrieb des Hotels!“ Dadurch verschwendete ich Zeit und internationale Anrufe, und meine Reiselaune war auch ruiniert. In dieser Angelegenheit sollte Fuzhou Shangri-La gründlich nachforschen und mir selbst eine Erklärung geben!"

"Ich war vor ein paar Jahren für eine Hauptschichtreise in Fuzhou und habe in diesem lokalen Intercontinental Hotel übernachtet.Der Check-in an der Rezeption war sehr schnell, und weil es nicht in der Hochsaison war, gab es sogar Frühstück , was eine angenehme Überraschung war. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist sehr gut, abwechslungsreich und es gibt lokale Spezialitäten, die mich in einen vollen Reisetag starten ließen. Das Zimmer ist ziemlich groß, und wir wohnen im 33. Stock mit weitem Blick. Das größte Bedauern ist, dass das Badezimmer ein wenig unzumutbar ist.Es wäre besser, wenn die Trennwand undurchlässig geändert würde.Außerdem kann im Badezimmer eine Wäscheleine hinzugefügt werden, um das Spielen mit der Familie zu erleichtern."

"Das Eigentum ist gut im West Lake gelegen. Wir haben in den Zimmern der Lakeview geblieben, die sowohl Tag als auch Nacht einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den See haben. Die Zimmer waren in hervorragender Lage und viele bedenkliche Merkmale wurden gefunden. Das Frühstück war wunderbar. Der gesamte Aufenthalt war über die Erwartungen hinaus."

"ME Hotel Fuzhou is a truly magnificent and modern hotel that exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the elegant design, stylish ambience, and warm hospitality of the staff. Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was exceptional — there were plenty of choices ranging from local Chinese dishes to international favourites, all freshly prepared and delicious. We also appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, our stay at ME Hotel Fuzhou was wonderful. We felt relaxed and well taken care of, and we would definitely love to return again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Fuzhou!"

"Booked an 5 day stay for an Business Trip. Location of hotel is good. There are a small shopping mall directly downstairs with some restaurants. (including starbucks and Mcdonalds) Most popular tourists and large shopping malls in the area are accessible via an short taxi trip. between 5-15 mins depending where you go. Overall hotel is very clean. Now for all the downside, (for reference I'm here during December with weather around 18 degrees during the day and 12-14 degrees during the night), if you like to control your own room temperature for your own comfort, do NOT book this hotel. The problem here is that they have an climate control in the room, however, it does not actually control any room temperature as I had later found out. Each day the hotel was pumping in heating through the centralised air condition. I complained that it was getting far too ”warm” for me and it was getting uncomfortable as the room felt stuffy and was giving me headaches, As there was no windows that you can open, there was no way to get ”fresh air” feeling into the room. It was also affecting my sleep during the night, this was an VERY unpleasant feeling. I tried to speak to the staff about this problem and their simple reply was basically ”nothing we can do” not even an attempt to offer an solution and that the climate control inside the room does NOT in fact control the temperature for the rooms! Another issue was I switched on the DND (do not disturb button) as I did not needed any room cleaning during the first night of stay, I came back to find room was cleaned and items was moved around. Now admittedly it's nice to come back to an tidied room, however I did not expect anyone to come in even though I switched the DND switch on. On the third day the same thing happen however this time I was inside the room working. Even though the DND button was switched on, staff was still knocking on doors and coming in to check if I needed room cleaning. After I rejected I was receiving calls to confirm I didn't need room cleaning, now all this is probably an good service for other people but for me it was very irritating as it kept interrupting me during an important work conference call. The final thing that I found to be quite lacking considering this is ”Hilton” was when I checked out, the staff asked if I needed an receipt/invoice for my stay, in which I requested yes, as I needed to put it to office accounts department for reimbursement purposes. They actually told me they could not print out any invoices for my stay. I needed to go and do that myself on Trip, which was fine, I thought I can do that myself, however because I have used room service etc I cannot get this on ”Trip”'s website. It just felt the whole experience was so poor coming from the ”Hilton” group. 100% the worst stay I have had."

"Das erste Zimmer, das zu sein gegeben hatte starken Rauchen Geruch , wahrscheinlich von dem vorherigen Kunden verlassen. Das Hotel scheint sich selbst zu behaupten, rauchen frei , sollten sie ernsthafte Schritte zu reinigen das Zimmer vor der Freigabe nehmen. Aber der Front Desk war sehr hilfreich und machen sofort einen Wechsel ohne viel Frage. Ich sah auch Zigarettenschnur im Hauptlobby und sah jemanden frei mit Zigaretten laufen, während die Lobbypersonal versucht, freundlich zu sein und ihn aufzufordern, ohne Erfolg zu stoppen. Das Hotel sollte ihren Mitarbeitern bei der Bearbeitung solcher Fälle eine bessere Ausbildung und Schutz bieten. Neben diesem , Dienstleistungen sind bis zu ihrem 5-Sterne-Standard. Es wird meine 2 Top-Wahl, wenn in der Stadt."
