Understated refined elegance, privacy, and the most accommodating staff I’ve seen in a long time. Gated manned security is a nice feature. The suites are extraordinary. Cuisine is creative, and nicely presented. We loved the privacy of having our own mini-villa, complete with the most interesting bathtub we’ve ever seen and a steam room. Some units have saunas. My wife and I both enjoyed a massage, and they were excellent and very reasonably priced. We wished we had scheduled more than our 3 nights.

I only have superlatives for the Susana Balbo Winemakers House and Spa Suites. I spent four fabulous nights there. The service is exemplary and the food is exquisite. The staff go out of their way to make one feel welcome and a part of the family. The rooms have all the luxury features that enhance the service I experienced. I recommend without hesitation.

What an amazing life affirming experience. The stay here was a sanctuary from today's busy world. The rooms are the best you will find anywhere in the world. The whole time spent at Susana Balbo was restful, cathartic and holistic. Service was above exceptional and the staff were so happy and friendly. We will definately be going back. The location is unique, tranquil, and amazing. The staff went above and beyond helping me surprise my wife on our honeymoon with printed wedding photos, desert, and champagne. The food is 5-stars and as you might imagine, the wine list is excellent. A truly memorable experience.

Fabulous exclusive hotel , 7 rooms only, in the heart of Mendoza wine country. Extraordinary elegance , seamless service. The rooms were incredible, spacious with every luxury from steam spa/and soaking tub…. all fully blended into a curated landscape The architecture was inspired to merge inside /outside spaces with subtle elegance . The restaurant offered high quality preparations and a diverse selection of regional wine . Overall, fantastic base for exploring and recuperating

Absolutely fantastic experience! I celebrated my 30th birthday with my partner, and we were treated with utmost care and attention. The spotless environment, the warm and friendly staff, and the overall positive vibe are worth applauding. I highly recommend indulging in the 7-course paired dinner, offering an extraordinary array of delightful flavors. For those seeking a perfect blend of relaxation, exquisite dining, and delightful beverages, I wholeheartedly endorse this place with a big 😄

Incredible experience. Staff including Jonathan Joseph and Ximena were phenomenal and took care of every detail! Incredible grounds, rooms, restaurant... Truly wonderful. One of the best boutique hotels I have ever stayed in worldwide.
