Wir hatten Renaissance über Trip.com reserviert und die Gastfreundschaft im Hotel war wertvolles Ermessen. Das Frühstücks- und Abendessen waren eine Behandlung für Geschmack-Bude. Das Personal war kooperativ über jeden Service de***ded. Es ist ein Ort wert wieder zu kommen ...

Comfortable stay, though personal schedule was tight and Hotel supported with early morning check in.

Nach einem langen Arbeitstag findet *** hier die nötige Entspannung um gestärkt in den Tag zu starten. Es wird einem sehr gute Mahlzeiten beschehrt welche in großer Vielfalt und von engagierten Servicepersonal koordiniert wird. Sonderwünsche bezüglich der Mahlzeiten können erfüllt werden auch wenn diese aus der westlichen Welt stammen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den immer zuvorkommenden Service von Mr. Vaishnav und Mrs. Bhumika welche mir stets den Abend versüßten und immer für ausreichend Getränke Zufluss sorgten :) Des Weiteren möchte ich mich für die Arbeit von Mr. Rajpal bedanken. Ich freue mich im nächsten Jahr dieses Hotel wieder besuchen zu können.

Sehr sauber und nahe Ekana Cricket Stadium .Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und gut gepflegt.Wanderweite von Ekana Cricket Stadium. Essen ist auch sehr lecker und schmackhaft. Sie bieten auch ein thali-System für Mittagessen und Abendessen an, das sehr kosteneffizient und günstig ist. Das beste Budget Hotel in Gomtinagar Extension insgesamt.

It was a nice welcome. Rooms were ready, no delay in checkin. Coming to Taj for a family trip, there is always a benchmark set. Many of the issues highlighted below is more due the Taj expectation benchmark. Issues that I observed: 1. My name has been mis spelled as Piyush instead of Pijush. I highlighted the same during checkin and was told it will be corrected. Then also told the same during checkout, but I still see the same is missed. 2. Generally some welcome cookies are thr in room, which was not in this case. 3. Food menu was not available in room and had to ask for it. 4. Food serving time for in room dining was decent but dining in the restaurant was painful. 5. I booked for dinner in Oudhyana, the serving time was extremely high. Starter took 20 min to come (which is still ok) but main course took another 20 to 25min. 6. The starter Karauli kabab was too salty, unfortunately as kids as well others were hungry after the long wait they eat it. But the level of salt was no way acceptable. Though I was offered a replacement, but was not in mood to wait another 20min. Billing should have been adjusted for the item. 7. No kids play or recreational area 8. On Sunday morning huge rush in morning buffet, which caused opening up of secondary sitting area. Unfortunately, the buffet kept there was small and people have to keep on going to main buffet area. 9. Orders placed from table took very long time to come and even some mixup during bfast on Sunday. 10. Live counters management was not efficient in the secondary sitting place. Notable good points 1. Pool was good and life guard Vivek was very helpful. Even shared tips with the kids for swimming. 2. Rooms were clean & upkeep was good 3. Everyone was helpful & courteous (as expected). 4. The live mango & tea counter was amazing

Located at a walking distance from MG Road metro , it is one of the best hotel in medium budget . They offer luxurious room with all the amenities .staff was quite helpful and polite . Breakfast was complimentary and it was really good in terms of quality and options served . In addition restaurant charges were nominal and taste,quantity of the food was good . Consider this outlet if you are looking for hotel nearby MG Road

Staff is very cordial... Efficient services, cleanliness , spacious Rooms, nice food and variety of dishes .. Location is very good... We appreciate the flawless working , to name few Duty Manager Sh Shalaj , Ankit,Alam, Aman chef & the front desk staff
