Hotels mit Pools in Lourdes

Stayed two nights. The hotel is very close to the train station (less than 5 min walk) and relatively quiet. The room is SUPER small - you can barely walk around the bed, there isn't even space to put your suitcase on the luggage rack. Comfortable bed and pillows. Room amenities include an electric kettle and packets of instant coffee. Very small bathroom. Minimal toiletries (liquid soap and soap.bar). Tiny shower, good water pressure. Average wifi. A number of annoyances (which could be easily fixed) make the stay less pleasant: - The hotel's own website and the reservation confirmation state that check-in time is noon. However, check-in time is actually 16:00 (later than average). When I mentioned the wrong check-in time to the staff, they didn't care. The website should list the correct check-in time, and it should be no later than 15:00, as it is in most places. - The room had only ONE electrical outlet (plus one in the bathroom), which is grossly inadequate. - On day 2 the key card didn't work (even though it had been nowhere near my cell phone), which required a trip to thhe front desk (see below). Key cards should be programmed for the duration of a guest's stay. - Very slow check-out: 5-6 minutes per guest! This is in part due to the city tax, which is charged separately at departure. Why isn't it charged at the same time as the room? - The front desk is almost always unattended, and the staff doesn't respond promptly even after one rings the bell multiple times. This just doesn't cut it, especially when the trip to the front desk is due to their failure to program the key card properly.

Es gibt viele positive Ansätze für dieses Hotel. Dies war unser dritter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und wir werden in Zukunft zurückkommen. Insgesamt eine positive Erfahrung. Lage - zu Fuß zum Grotto und tolle Einkaufs- und Restaurants rund um die Uhr. Die Aussicht auf die Balkone, wenn Sie ein solches Zimmer bekommen, ist zum Grotto und wunderschön, aufzuwachen. Einrichtungen - gutes Frühstück, Parkplatz, Fitnesscenter, Spa (freier Zugang) empfehlen die Zimmer mit Balkonen Betten - super komfortable Zimmer - große Zimmer im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in Frankreich. Reinigung (soweit ich sehen kann, siehe unten Kommentare über die Verwendung der dunklen Farbe in Dekor) Service - das Personal ist sehr hilfreich und Kundenfokussiert. die Dame, die das Frühstückszimmer insbesondere verwaltet, war erstaunlich. Sie erinnert uns von unserem Besuch vor 9 Monaten, zu den Details, was meine Mutter Tee bevorzugt. Absolut fünf Sterne für sie! Die Möglichkeiten für Verbesserung sind die liberale Verwendung der dunklen Farbe überall im Dekor. Während ein schönes Design-Touch, für ein Hotel, hinsichtlich der Hygiene, bin ich nicht sicher, dass ich mich so sehr dunkel Farbe bequem, wenn ich keine möglichen Farben sehen kann. Der Aufzug, der in falschen Turf bedeckt war auch ein wenig klaustrophob, da es auch sehr klein war. Die Lobby hat sehr wenig Sitzbereich, so dass wenn Sie auf jemanden warten, Sie müssen bei der Rezeption liegen oder in der Bar sitzen.

The lady at the reception was absolutely fantastic. She was extremely helpful polite and very accommodating. 10/10. I'm sorry I didn't get her name. But she was just great!!! The rooms are more basic than you could imagine. Bedding was well made and clean. Hygiene was not great elsewhere. Lack of toilet paper etc was not a great start but not a complaint. There was a ”stink” in the bathroom, I discovered it was toilet brush . The pool area was acceptable. The breakfast for €12 was ok, not fantastic. The location was a bit far from the Grotto. We had to get a taxi each night as after a day of walking in the town centre the walk uphill was too much for any if us. The overall facilities are in need of repairs and an option to purchase a box of basic items would have been good, such as coffee butter milk etc.
