Wir haben hier übernachtet, da Brands Hatch gut erreichbar ist. In dieser Hinsicht eine Top-Bewertung, da die Rennstrecke nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Hotel entfernt ist. An der Rezeption des Hotels riecht es seltsam, wie nach feuchten Teppichen, und die Zimmer scheinen teilweise renoviert worden zu sein, sodass einige Elemente schön sind, während andere abgenutzt sind. Toller Wasserdruck in der Dusche. Das Bett war für mich viel zu hart, ebenso die Kissen, sodass ich nicht besonders gut geschlafen habe. Das Frühstück war gut, wir bezahlten es mit 12,50 £ pro Erwachsenem. Hoffentlich gibt es ein Wartungsprogramm, das das Gesamterlebnis des Hotels verbessert, da es das Potenzial hat, wirklich schön zu sein.

Buchte eine Übernachtung mit meiner 13-jährigen Tochter. Das Parken war in Ordnung, viele Plätze. Das Zimmer war ideal und sauber. Das Restaurant war sehr schön, ich konnte das Abendessen nicht bemängeln und auch ein tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Unsere einzige Irritation war der Pool, der an dem Tag, an dem wir eincheckten, in Ordnung war, aber am nächsten Morgen kamen wir an, um ihn wieder zu benutzen. Niemand hat uns gewarnt, dass wir 15 Minuten Zeit haben würden, bevor die Wassergymnastik für Tagesbesucher beginnt, und wir wurden gebeten, den Pool zusammen mit einer anderen kleinen Familie zu verlassen, deren jüngere Kinder offensichtlich sehr verärgert waren. Auf der Website sollte deutlich gemacht werden, dass der Pool für Hotelgäste zu bestimmten Zeiten nicht verfügbar ist. Dies würde den Gästen dann die Möglichkeit geben, alternative Hotels zu überprüfen, da dies ein wichtiger Faktor für unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war.

We were staying here for 2 nights because of its proximity to Brands Hatch circuit.  The room was very clean but very cold on arrival.  However, luckily, we discovered a heater in the wardrobe.  The dining experience was not good….the menu is very sparse and the service was very poor.  They only had one very sweet rose’ wine available and we had to go to the bar to buy it as we couldn’t locate anyone to serve us.  On Friday evening, they seemed to only have one waitress on duty and the hotel was full.  When the bill arrived, after perusing it, we discovered that they had added a service charge to it which we did not pay.  Whilst checking the bill later, we discovered that they had added an extra glass of wine to it, which we didn’t have.  This is not a cheap hotel but the restaurant/service does not match their aspirations.  We only stay here because of its location and would willingly stay elsewhere if there was a hotel available.

Had a really lovely time here for my friends 30th birthday. All the staff were so wonderful and welcoming and we definitely came the right time of the year! Had lovely food, the rooms were so spacious and clean, and the spa was so relaxing. Amy Robbins in particular, really made our trip! Was so accommodating and polite, very friendly and also amusing. We had the best time.

Blood stains on wall bathroom was in shambles was given the wrong room with 2 single beds

Hotel needs a bit of TLC, poor cupboards in gents spa changing rooms, rather dull/dark rooms, AC not very efficient, room was rather cold, and restaurant too cold, we needed a fan heater! Also during Sunday breakfast (busy) orange juice, bacon, hash browns and butter portions all had run out, the food was good but replenishment was slow. Service for Drinks at the bar was slow and the drinks rather expensive. There was a fault on the hot water meaning no hot water in the morning, but later it was back on and boiling hot! Finally the front desk service was good, friendly and helpful, despite one of the computers not working.

The hotel was really good 8 years ago when I have get away weekend with my friends, But in the last 3 years have been there 3 times and is really getting bad in terms of cleanliness and facilities getting really old especially the carpets and the bathroom.

We had a wonderful stay. We went for our anniversary and we were very spoilt with roses and Prosecco in the room with a lovely bag of goodies, soft drinks,crisps and chocolate along with an anniversary card. I requested a room with a view and wow did we have one. Looking over part of the Brands Hatch course. The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and modern. Swimming and spa facilities were lovely and all clean. Not really a buffet person but food was plenty and hot. The hallways are a little tied but not shocking. Would recommend for a short stay.

Service was poor breakfast on the second morning was shocking, most of the options were dried up having sat on the hot plate too long and there were no sausages available

Quick check in and easy to park car only drawback was £10.00 per night car park charge. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Good size shower with plenty of hot water and toiletries.

Lovely trip and hotel

Room clean and tidy. Aircon worked fantastic. Only gripe was even though i ordered a double room there was no fridge and no water. And i got asked at check in that how am i paying even though it was prepaid.
