Holiday Inn Express Swansea - East Bewertungen

The hotel has what you need for a stopover and is convenient for the m4. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Parking is convenient and free. Small bar to relax in after a long drive. Bed was comfortable and overall it is very reasonably priced for a family room for 2 adults and a teenager. It is quite frustrating that no plug sockets are close to the bedside. Check-in was quite slow however the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The lift was broken, which was not a problem for us but we stayed here last October and it also broken then as well. Breakfast was good and staff helpful. Was really good that they provide a takeaway coffee cup and bag to take breakfast to go if you are in a hurry or have a teenage son that didn’t get up in time for breakfast 🙂

Good hotel for a short break. Nice staff and thanks to James for being kind and accommodating our needs. Breakfast is good. Location is out of Swansea though. I wish there was a fitness centre. Free parking. Would stay there again
