Very friendly & efficient staff. We needed a walk - in shower and after a chat they came up with the goods. Nice quiet room - away from traffic and trains. Easy walk to south bank, a couple of supermarkets nearby and good pub across the road! Recommend!

Stayed 4 nights. I like the location of the hotel. Took the Elizabeth line from Heathrow T5 to Bond St, then tube to Southwark. 5 min walk. Tesco Express, Sainsburys next door and a pub across the road. Not far feom Borough market a must see if your a foodie, and Tower Bridge etc. Hotel was quiet during the night so peacefull sleep. I thought all the staff were very friendly smiley and out to please especially the Indian lady at reception and the indian breakfast waitress. Lovely manner. The cost was reasonable and we had the breakfast too. Room was on 7 th floor, very comfortable. I’d defo stay again. Pre ordered Uber back to Heathrow £57, split between 4 people.

The Premier Inn Tate was perfect for our needs. We needed to be central and the underground station of Southwark is only a few minutes walk. There is a Tesco next door and a Sainsbury across the road perfect for picking up meal deals before heading out exploring. Very close to Borough Market and London Bridge it was an excellent location for our few days in London. There are no frills here, and we basically used the hotel only for sleeping so I have nothing to add in relation to food etc, but the room was very comfortable and we all had a great nights sleep. For the price, we were very happy.

Location is perfect, amazing staff starting from reception to kitchen and housekeeping. One team member not wearing uniform I suppose he is the general manager, he has been amazing! My son suffers from severe allergy and he did everything in order for his order to be allergy free. Amazing customer service from everyone! Will come back again! Thank you.

Very nice staff, good breakfast for the price and offer for the kids, good room size for a family of four (13, 10 age of the kids). Only found some towels for the shower smell like smoke, and it was not nice. I asked a change after the first day, but same smell...

Totally adequate. Room was clean, had good AC, nice towels and a comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and the location was outstanding. For the price in London I don’t think you could beat this hotel. It is a bit smaller than rooms you might find in North America, but for two people the size was more than adequate. The staff was really kind and helpful, we were greeted by a receptionist who checked us in early with no charge, and when we arrived in our room there were a few treats and a hand written welcome note. It is extremely close to the Jubilee underground line, and is walking distance to a few other key sites in London. Also there are lots of pubs and restos as well as two grocery stores nearby for all your late night needs. I would certainly stay here again

A really lovely hotel stay in central London with our family. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived and the staff bought our tired kids some sweets to make them happy! The room was spacious with extra beds for our family and room underneath for oir luggage. We had superb beds, the mattresses are one of the best things about Premier inn. Fancy bedding does not cut the mustard when compared to an awesome mattress which this hotel has! After 6 weeks of travelling, this was the nicest bed we slept in. The breakfasts are plentiful and tasty and all of the staff are friendly and helpful. Finally the location is really central and extremely convenient for central London. This will sace you a fortune on tibe fares and travel times. Well done everyone we'd love to visit you again!

Only stayed one night on a business trip and location works well. Décor is a little tired in public areas but the reception staff are helpful and rooms are very much standard Premier Inn. I would use again for Premier Inn consistency of experience.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. The staff were super friendly; firstly, they arranged for me and my Dad to check in separately and then went above and beyond to reunite me with the Kindle I left behind. The room was spotless and extremely comfortable, and I couldn't recommend it any more. The location is not only good for the Tate, Globe, and all the South Bank has to offer but also for surrounding cafes, pubs and supermarkets.G
