Premier Inn London Tooting

I stayed in Tooting Premier Inn before my wedding with my friends and family and also the night of my wedding with my husband. It was a brilliant decision because the hotel was wonderful, great location, nice inside with great amenities but the big plus was definitely the staff. They were generally lovely people but on top of this they went the extra mile in every way! They made us all feel so comfortable, they put lovely treat bags in our rooms, they handmade a card for my husband and I and gave us roses, sparkling water (we don’t drink) and cupcakes and decorated the bed with rose petals! They treated us absolutely spectacularly, we all really appreciate it thank you to Tina, Maria and Shacks!!

Used hotel as a convenient venue to meet up and go to visit other family who live in the area. We were pleasantly surprised with the price - particularly as it was in London. Bed was so comfortable that we all slept soundly. Also the extra glazing meant zero street noise. Went for the cooked breakfast both mornings. Excellent quality with small amounts being topped up regularly so nothing was cold or dried out and not greasy. Even had a choice of fried/ scrambled eggs etc. Staff were all extremely helpful and cheerful. So really it was perfect for our needs. Would definitely go there again next time we visit. Very happy to recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is a good location for visiting Central London, being close to Bec and Broadway stations. Tooting is full of things to do in the evening - restaurants, market, pubs, bars.

The biggest plus was the staff. They were very nice and helpful, especially at breakfast, which I can recommend. The room was clean. The windows cannot be opened, which could be an issue for some people, but the ventilation system worked well. As for the location: Tooting is probably not your first choice when you‘re visiting London, but the underground (Northern Line) is just a few minutes away. There is a huge number of Indian and Pakistani restaurants in the area (the busy street next to the hotel is called „The Curry Mile“), so you won‘t have to worry about where to eat.

I really appreciated the comfort of my room. The bed was very comfortable and the room was pretty and well laid out. The value for money was very good given the proximity of the centre of London. I also enjoyed the copious breakfast and the very friendly staff. I just thought it was a shame not to have a European power adapter available.

Food was absolutely delicious!! Well seasoned, well presented and hot. The service was polite and with a smile. The large jug of lassie wa also a treat! We will be back. I wonder if you would thimk about a a cookery book? I will be trying the roast lamb next time.
