The place itself is nice—the rooms were spacious, and we liked the overall setup. However, the service was extremely disappointing. We had connectivity issues with the TV, and despite calling reception three times, no one came to fix it. We were told someone would arrive within an hour, but they never showed up. Later, they claimed they had knocked three times, but since there is a doorbell, we would not have missed it. To make matters worse, staff were rude and dismissive, implying we should have basic knowledge of using a smart TV. I work in the computer science field, so if it were a simple issue, I would have resolved it myself—there was clearly something wrong with the TV. When we checked out, another staff member claimed the person who was supposed to assist us had left due to an emergency and that the woman we spoke to on the phone was “new.” However, this felt like an excuse made up on the spot rather than a genuine explanation. Looking at other reviews, poor service seems to be a recurring issue, and management is often defensive and rude in their responses. The hotel itself has potential, but until they improve staff professionalism and accountability, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
