Leisure Inn Hotel

The staff at this hotel is the nicest and I felt at home straight away. I first stayed there in December 2021 and of course I had to return because they treated me like family. Thank you all and see you soon! I would like to add that they have comfortable rooms, some with two beds. They are incredibly clean and the place is quite near Hyde Park and Queensway. You can basically walk anywhere from there.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in. Basement room had no WiFi and my mobile broadband didn't work in the room too. Worst of all, the first thing that greater me was an UNFLUSHED TOILET, all mellow with the brown spreading in the water. When I reported it, all the receptionist had to say was that that was "housekeeping issue". No apology,nothing.

A good looking building from the outside however my single room 107 was very small, not much bigger than the single bed. That was OK as I was only there for two night however, the room had a strong smell of adhesive glue, a chemical smell when you opened the door. I reported this but nothing happened. The TV didn’t work either and neither did the internet in the room. I knew it had a shared bathroom however that was on another floor which was not very good. I accept this is a budget hotel however I’ve stayed in better

Booked a trip 2 years ago. Could not get to hotel due to covid. They would not refund our money. Don't use this hotel they are greedy and don't care about customers. Our next trip to England we plan on driving by this hotel and flipping it off. UP YOURS!!!

Had a few days here and for the price we paid I can't complain really. Mega comfy beds, spacious room, spacious bathroom. Warm, clean and tidy throughout with an earlier than scheduled check in which helped us as we arrived early than expected. Good location a few minutes for Hyde Park, 25 minute walk to Oxford Street, underground tube station 5 minutes away should you want to use it. Only small negatives are the TV didn't work but that didn't bother us and the reception staff although they are friendly and helpful when approached. I feel they should be more forthcoming themselves with customer service towards the residents that stay in their hotel. Even if it's just to ask if....... 'is everything ok', 'let us know if you need anything' 'good morning' Its only a minor negative but for some people good customer service goes a long way and its what attracts people to come and stay here again. Should I want a few days in that area again I would look this hotel up again.

The hotel is located is not a bad area and the room was pleasant - we had to change hotel from their sister hotel due to Covid etc and it was changed at a very late stage - the hotel offered a free breakfast with your stay which is still stated on their website but no breakfast was available and when this was questioned the manager was rude and just didn’t want to help in anyway to point where he said if your not happy I’ll cancel your booking which I felt was shocking. He definitely needs a course in customer service training and shouldn’t hold that type of role especially in a hotel - I tried to explain what had been agreed with the sister hotel and the discussion I had verbally over the phone and he basically said I hadn’t had that conversation even though I had emails stating what had been discussed. The rest of the staff were ok but this one individual really altered my view of the hotel and I will definitely not be staying there again until the manager is replaced with someone who can deal with customers in a civilised manner
