Das Hotel war sehr schön, allerdings gab es ein paar Probleme: Wir buchten unser Zimmer anhand der Bilder, was wir aber nicht bekamen, als der Manager uns sagte, dass sie uns das Executive-Doppelbett gegeben hätten, obwohl ich ihr die Bilder gezeigt hatte Das Zimmer, das ich ausgewählt habe, und was wir erwartet hatten, sie war nicht wirklich an dem interessiert, was ich sagen wollte, es war nicht das Zimmer, das wir aufgrund der Bilder ausgewählt hatten, was falsche Werbung ist, also war sie etwas unzufrieden darüber, weil das Das Executive-Doppelzimmer war viel größer und hatte auch ein Sofa, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Ich weiß, ich höre mich deswegen dumm an, aber wir haben uns für dieses Zimmer entschieden, weil es mehr Platz bietet, und wussten nicht, dass wir beim Zimmerservice für jedes Tablett 4 Pfund in Rechnung stellen müssen. Und das Frühstück war sehr langsam, nichts war fertig, kein Brot mehr übrig, man musste nach etwas fragen.

Ich habe alleine geschlafen, also war ich sehr besorgt über die Sicherheit und die Lage, aber die Lage war ruhig, auch wenn sie etwas drinnen war, und die Unterkunft war sauber.

Great location, so central but very quiet with no traffic or noise at night, great staff, nice room, small but not the smallest I've seen in London, but very frustrating that lift wasn't working both days I was there (& hadn't been working all week apparently) so three flights of steps with large bag. Room had no full length mirror and only a small mirror in bathroom which is not great for a 4 star hotel.

This is the worst hotel that I have stayed in the UK, although it is a four-star hotel. I even think it is discrimination/scam towards tourists as I see they treated the local British normally, putting them in the Wellington Hotel. Yet, the staff put us and other tourists to the rubbish Rochester Hotel. I spent so much money on the room in this Wellington Hotel, but the staff replaced us with another hotel (a three-star called Rochester Hotel) without giving any explanation. As seen in the attached photo, this Rochester Hotel is still under renovation, with workers working and nasty, chemical smell flying everywhere (I can even smell it in my hotel room), the staff still put us in this hotel. I complained and sought help from the staff, but they were useless. They insisted it's alright for me to stick with this hotel room. So outrageous and unreasonable!

They checked us in then didn’t have a room for my daughter and I. After waiting an hour we were given a room with a window next to the kitchen exhaust because they could not find our information. The room had an awaful food smell that I was hoping would get removed by the air vents but the ac didn’t work and opening the window only made the smell worse. Night 2 and 3 they ended up moving us to another property that was in construction that was less stars but the room smelled better. The hotel did there best to get us into a decent room but Trip.com refused to help in the matter. Trip.com refuses to adjust the pricing for the room I stayed in and will not make any adjustments or compensation. My total for the 3 nights in the room I requested was $667 the total for the rooms I actually stay in was $250. I should have been refunded for my overpayment however Trip.com says they cannot protect their customers. This was hopefully a rare case but beware of using a third party site to book any room. I know this hotel would have helped me right away if I would have booked directly through them.

All in all a nice hotel reasonably priced for the location. Staff were very friendly and efficient and the room was comfortable. Bathroom a little dated and unfortunately my room was next to a generator outside which had an annoying but not awful hum throughout the night. I was upgraded to a larger room so didn’t think I could really complain. Overall happy to recommend

多加錢要升級房型,結果給我換了一個更小的,我都不知道是真給我換房型了還是騙我的,之前住過幾次這個酒店都挺不錯的,這次加錢換的這個房型衞生間特別小,和前台聯繫,前台説沒有其他的房型了。我也是無語,去的時候電梯還是壞的,需要自己搬箱子爬4樓。比較差的體驗

小院不大卻有情調,房間乾淨明亮,樓下常常路過跑步和遛狗的人,打開窗户就是沙沙的樹葉的聲音,睡覺很安靜,沒有任何雜亂。西敏寺、白金漢宮就在附近,散步就到了。服務生温和而能及時滿足各種需求。 網上選酒店選了幾天,看評價越來越沒底,價格和位置優先考慮的情況下,最害怕兩個,一個是沒窗户、一個是半地下室,在這個酒店完全沒遇到。另外,Wellington 和Rochester 其實是一個酒店的兩個部分。 最後,攜程管家服務沒想到很有用,幫忙聯繫酒店,做各類溝通。國內已經半夜三更,人工客服仍及時給回覆和聯繫,相比國外的住宿預訂網站,真是覺得還是中國人的網站服務更好,靠譜!

新裝修氣味有害健康、房間給人感覺不安全。我很有素質一人推開房間門忍不住稱呼印度人為奸商阿三,堪比香港鴿子籠。22寸行李箱根本打不開,洗澡的地方寬度僅夠我叉腰(充斥着極其難聞塑料味)。更要命的是單人間壓根不在主樓,在一棟新修的充滿甲醛(就是新裝修的難聞氣味,我知道甲醛聞不到的)的樓裏,房間裏也是這個味道,衞生間尤甚。給我安排的房間對着消防通道,晚上有不明人士在我房間門口大聲講話唱歌,非常不安全。

我給在英國留學的女兒定的酒店,女兒和同學一起住的,她説酒店服務特別好,會懂多國語言的服務,耐心且細心的詢問各種需求,很全面的考慮到住客的感受,入住三個晚上,感覺很棒。除了房間對着床的鏡子不太適應,其他幾乎挑不出任何瑕疵,下次去倫敦還會選擇藍花酒店。補充,去酒店附近著名景點靠走路就可以了,超級方便。
