Leider sehr laut!!! Die Bahn fährt direkt am Hotel vorbei und ist sehr laut hörbar. Auch durch die Fenster zur Straße hin, ist jedes Gespräch hörbar. Zudem ist die Lüftung sehr laut und nicht abstellbar. Das Hotel ist ein Container-Hotel! Also jedes Zimmer besteht aus einem ausgebauten Metall-Container. Es gibt keine Rezeption, alles läuft online. Leider niemanden über den Chat erreicht. Aber alles sehr sauber!!

I stayed here for four nights, love the concept of the rooms, how cosy and minimalist they looked. The bed was large and comfortable, all of the amenities we needed for a short break were available and the location was perfect. However we were hit by quite a musty smell when entering the room. We assumed it just needed airing, as our stay wore on I discovered mould in different areas of the apartment. I was disappointed to discover the true extent of it as we packed to leave and did our final look through. There was obvious mould around door inside the room, mould was on the curtains all around the window, between almost every wall panel, raised patches on the walls and ceiling. I was really disappointed to discover it all over back of the orange cushion that had been next to my child as he had slept for the duration of our stay. These rooms have received so many excellent reviews, perhaps ours Room 301 is the only one that needs looking at, the ventilation may be inadequate or a dehumidifier could be needed but in my opinion it needs addressing and maintaining to a much better standard.

Great stay in the heart of London. I was a bit apprehensive when I thought I’d be staying in a container. The room was absolutely top class, couldn’t really hear the trains and the blackout blinds did the trick. Excellent location. Will definitely be back.

No Tv…. broken, tried to fix, no luck, filthy behind the screen. No heating …. being repaired Dirty …. needs a good clean especially bathroom Noisy, party going on downstairs Worst place I have ever stayed in by a long way. No greeting on arrival, pasted a couple who had been told there was no room available. Avoid, I was so looking forward to staying. Such a disappointment

Not a conventional hotel. There is no-one on the premises to arrange your stay or help with issues, so you should be cautious in staying here. Location is near waterloo subway station, and walking distance to westminster abbey, which is great. However, the hotel shares a building with a noisy bar, and below train tracks! Gets pretty noisy and you can't be a light sleeper. Room has some issues: Heater/AC is broken and they provide a small space heater which you can plug in. No brew coffee, little packets of instant coffee are provided. Room dimensions are small, the width of a king bed, and the length of 3 king beds. I actually chose this place because they advertise washer/dryer on the premises (so I could pack light during my trip). But washer/dryer were also broken.

Awesome large bed and fantastic location. Lovely amenities and great shower Wonderful little cafes all around the area. The area can be a bit noisy in the morning with usual street traffic from cleaners but the overall experience was fabulous

I booked in the StowAway for three nights. Unfortunately there was no heating. The room was freezing. The property is not manned and therefore I contacted the hotel via phone. There was no answer. The following day, after an uncomfortable night stay, i contacted them again. Later that evening I returned to find a tiny heater in my room. They had not fixed the heating in the building and simply supplied a tiny heater. I contacted them again... and was informed 'there is nothing we can do'. I then went to check out to move to another hotel. Within 5 minutes of hanging up the phone. Another guest appeared in my room. The agent gave my door code to another guest who walked in to pick up the heater for their room!! Completely inappropriate and wrong in so many levels. Then post stay... it has been a battle to get the stay refunded. They simply couldn't care!

Great find and somewhere we’ll use again and again. Very clean and facilities you simply don’t get in a hotel room. The location is great, with some great bars and restaurants on your doorstep! The room was very cosy and once the door shut, no outside noise could be heard.

A great place to stay. Room was perfect with everything provided and more. Very clean and location perfect for visiting Central London with westminster being a 5 minute walk. Just 5 minute walk from Waterloo train station.Definitely stay again.
