Hamlet Gardens by Q Apartments

We wanted to rent flat here and came to management to move ASAP. We asked to show us, what they have, but they said to send email, wait for their answer and came next time. I don’t think that this is appropriate way of dealing with customers. I hope they can change

Apar**ent advertised as luxury. Very very upset to discover that the 3 bedrooms face the railway line which is very VERY noisy even when all windows are closed. The reaction of the landlord was that there is no space on *********** for them to mention this and that the noise is not a bad comment they have received since the trains only run from 06.30 am and stop early. Also, they have no solution for us since all their 3 brooms apar**ents face the same railway. Also it has not been mentioned that there is no lift to get to the 3rd floor. Unfortunate we cannot attach a video since the noise would have spoken for itself but attached is a photo that shows how close the railway is... For the rest, the booking process was fine, the greeting was good, the flat is clean although there were traces of dust and cigarette studs on the balcony that wasn't cleaned. The air ventilation in the dining is noisy and cannot be stopped. We haven't had the chance to check other facilities yet. We are very sad and upset to spend our holidays in this apar**ent and should we had known that our rooms were over the railway, we would never have booked here.
