Friendly service, good location, clean rooms, hearty breakfast. 10/10

Breakfast is pretty good! Room coffee is not enough for me. Location good but there is a small walk between the hotel and the metro station. Room heater is not very good, but room is pretty clean and the service is bravo. To be honest, if the price is about 110-120 it will be the best choice! Pretty good in general!

Housekeeping was horrible, the lady was very impolite and didn’t want to clean my room. Breakfast was ok, basic but good. Front office staff very welcoming and kind. Ping Pong table was fun!

Horrendous stay. It was only 2 nights, but on the first night they told us they had no rooms, and our booking should never have been accepted in the first place. it took half an hour of us waiting till they changed their minds and suddenly there was a room. On the second night, we were woken multiple times by a crazy neighbour who had taken to slamming a door about 30 times in the space of two minutes, over and over again. Instantly complained on trip.com and had video evidence of this. we tried to speak to the manager at checkout, but no managers were available to speak to us. when we continued the complaint on trip.com, the hotel said they couldn’t give us any compensation because we hadn’t complained at checkout! in the end we got £10 of trip coins for a horrible £400 stay. If you have a nice experience, the hotel is great. but if you have problems, you’ll get 0 help.

酒店太棒了，房間舒適，早餐豐富，味道好，晚上還有免費的活動，大家可以坐下來飲一杯，配點小食聊聊天。地理位置也非常方便，離公交站和地鐵站都很近。

交通方便，步行5分鐘到Vauxhall地鐵站，酒店設施也比較新。另外離007工作單位MI6總部也不遠，可以順便走過去打個卡😄

因為是套房，所以房間很大。當然在倫敦比，算是大的。

의도치 않게 발견한 런던의 숨겨진 보석같은 숙소!! 너무나 조용한 동네인 점이 장점이자 단점이었습니다. 시설도 너무 깨끗하고 부잣집 런던 친구 집에 놀러온 기분이었습니다! 아주 추천드려요 저도 담번 여행때에도 계속 여기서 묵을 것 같습니다

很棒的入住體驗，附近有Tesco，買東西很方便。房間的廚房配置很全，鍋碗瓢盆，廚房家電都是很好的牌子。在倫敦六天自己燒了好幾頓，很方便。房間很大，很乾凈。

vauxhull很棒的酒店，離泰晤士很近。沿泰晤士河步行去威斯敏斯特、倫敦眼10分鐘路程；乘344去博羅市場，可以步行去南岸的泰特美術館、千禧橋，也可以去倫敦塔橋。還有驚喜的是廚房，配了鍋具、餐具、刀具等，居然還有洗潔精。適合家庭旅行住宿哦。

很棒的住宿體驗！房間大，周邊配套齊全，還可以做飯、帶孩子出行正合適，滿足孩子一切需求。

房間很大。早餐還可以。離中心各景點都不遠。可以走路到威敏大教堂，國家美術館，國會，白金漢宮等等。價格比河對岸便宜

酒店房間很大！廚房東西很齊全！交通也很方便，離地鐵站很近！倫敦眼就在步行範圍內！雖然在車站旁邊，但是我這個房間也很安靜！早餐不錯很好吃！工作人員也都很友好！美中不足的就是空調製暖不太行，冬天脱了外套在房間裏有點冷，蓋着被子睡覺還好~入住的這個房型沒得桌子，衹有一個小茶几能吃東西~入住時間寫着15點，中午12點多到也直接入住了~需要交50磅按金，衹能刷卡，也不知道啥時候能退回來😂😂😂總而言之就是很不錯了，除了有點冷🤣
