Access to this hotel was close to St.Regent's station, although a bit hindered by the building work going on. The room was simple and clean but the bedding felt cheap. There were no shops or restaurants nearby and I was told to book a table if I wanted to have dinner at the hotel, which was a little inconvenient. My booking said I wouldn't have air con in the room but I was in fact giving an aircon room...and you needed it! It's quite noisy in the early evening and from 7am, because you can hear the aircraft taking off and landing into London City Airport. I didn't think the hotel was particularly good value for money.

Très bon hôtel au meilleur rapport qualité prix, très propre avec une réception au top. Parfait pour un séjour à Londres.

Ein sehr zweckmäßiges, sauberes Hotel. Alles ist in guten Zustand, das Zimmer ist für diese Hotelkategorie sehr gut, hat z.B. eine Kapselkaffeemaschine. Wenn man für mehrere Nächte bleibt, fehlt lediglich ein Kleiderschrank. Es gibt nur ein Regalbrett und einige Kleiderbügel. Das Bad ist praktisch mit ausgezeichneter Dusche. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist nicht riesig, aber alles ist von sehr guter Qualität und frisch. Das Personal des Hotels ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr nah vom Hotel gelegen sind das Excel Kongress Zentrum und zwei Bahnlinien.

Another wonderful stay at the Docklands PI. The greeting at reception was warm and friendly. Our room was clean, no complaints with the accomodation at all. Breakfast was good even on an extremely busy weekend during the MOVE IT convention at the excel.

2 Guests. Firstly, check-in, one receptionist, lots of people, 20-minute wait. We booked the meal deal, dinner and breakfast only to be told when we went to book dinner at 5.30 upon arrival that the earliest table available was 8.30pm! For 2 people? The reason given was, that there were no table available as there were large parties in for the shows etc. We were also told that these guests had booked the tables prior to checking in weeks ago. When we did come down to the bar at 19.50 and looked into the restaurant there were tables for 2 but were then told the dining area was full? bar service was slow as only one employee serving as fast as they could, no blame there. My understanding is of the situation, the hotel was fully booked, good for you but seriously understaffed at the expense of the guests. Glad we could just bin the keys on the way out as again there were queues, due to only one receptionist. Our gripe is with management, not the staff. Worst Premier Inn experience we've had unfortunately.

Great service. Great bed. Clean room. Great bathroom. Close to the underground. Fantastic breakfast The check-in took a bit longer than expected but i was not too bothered. Had evening meal there and it was completely ok for the price. Recommended
