BoTree is one of the best I have stayed by far in London. You are greeted by the friendliest team from the guest relations to the concierge and even the bartenders. They all left me a lasting impression and I will be back definitely! Special shout out to Bam, the best guest relations officer I have met. Thank you Marco and Simone from the concierge team as well. They are the best persons to go to if you need good suggestions to go in London.

The Botree is a newly opened hotel, but the overall experience seemed relatively amateur. There are no reception and you get ushered onto the sofas and staff attend to you on their availabilities. There were many friends of guests that could simply drop a name and go up to the rooms. I had booked the executive king rm, but the room checked in was not similar to the one advertised. The location is extremely convenient, right by Bond st station and walking distance to Selfridges.

Unique and well designed

Second stay here in the last 2 weeks, the first stay had some challenges, but I addressed them upon leaving and was under the impression my next stay would be prefect. Great location and nice ambience and the front desk staff are great, the same lady has checked me in both times with care and attention - really good. Stay 1. Doorbell to the next room ringing in my room 2. Aircon did not work well, went off half way through the night 3. Interconnecting door noisy Stay 2. No shower gel . Door Lock broken , took 45 mins to mend and the lock had to be replaced. The hotel did handle well and moved my room which was nice, but it was 8.00pm and all I wanted to do was relax. Moved room so I could shower, no shower gel. Then the body lotion was half used. Not great experience at all Checked out and apparently the hotel manager wanted to speak to me , no where to be found and then has not reached out since. I am a believer of second chances, but not maybe a third.

Well, it is a smart hotel with instruction on how to run anything. Everything was new and clean and actually very nice. Think they are going thru growing pains. Would I go back--yes. Hopefully by then, they would have worked out kinks in system.

We spent a few days at The Botree. Beautiful new hotel, room and amenities are really nice, (loving the bed )great location and amazing staff. Simone and the rest of the Concierge team really would go above and beyond to make you happy! Will certainly return!

Worst experience of staying in a 5star hotel in central london .. feels .. more like a motel .. writing a review at 1am on my return to my room. .. which shows my pain and disappointment..staying at present in the hotel 15 th June 2024 check in .. check out is 20 th June 2024 .. have 2 rooms here 527 and 226 .. incident is of room 527 Just came into my hotel room after leaving a message to the housing Staff at 6 pm when I was leaving the room to do housekeeping and they informed me they will and when I come back after dinner …I find the room in this condition ( pic below ) .. giving them benefit of doubt I felt if they have restricted house keeping timings at least inform the guest . They just dump the towels and toilet paper .. is this a 5 star hotel or a motel .. pathetic service standards .. poor advice and selection totally ruined our holiday.. should have struck yo my staying at JW MARRIOTT, Ritz Carlton, Raffles Hotel…. I PREFER hotels after staying at Kimpton Malai Bangkok I presumed I PREFER promoted hotels all around would have the same service standards.. as thought you guys verified and quality checked the services of the hotel you guys promote .. pathetic choice .. big disappointment … never ever I would recommend this hotel to anyone … led the viewers decide after seeing the pictures .. shocking

Theres alot of things to love about this new property - Excellent location just of Oxford tucked down a quiet lane walking distance to Marylebone high street and all the boutiques and restaurants. Regents and Hyde park close by too. We had a delux king room with great light floor to ceiling window the design made the room feel large and spacious by London standards comfy bed fully stocked mini bar. Check in was easy we were offered a drink and the door men were on hand to help with luggage infact all the staff were helpful and welcoming. We didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant or use the gym - but we got room service one night which arrived promptly. Would certainly stay again and absolutely recommend if you are staying in this part of London

A beautiful “boojie” hotel very centrally situated for the West End, a couple of minutes walk from Bond St Tube. We used the Elizabeth Line to get out to Heathrow in just over half an hour. The room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom superbly fitted out, with gorgeous toiletries supplied. There was a GHD hairdryer and a garment steamer supplied, which was a nice touch. Everything is touch controlled which to be honest I felt didn’t add anything to the experience. The mini bar soft drinks were free on the first night (we stayed for 2 nights) which seems a little strange? However fresh water was left by turndown and a lip salve. To be honest my only gripe was the staff - apart from the girl who checked us in and the Spanish concierge - they were NOT friendly or welcoming - something I value greatly in a hotel, especially at this price. We had a drink on the first evening at Lavo and the girl who served us had absolutely no personality and an attitude problem. She had to walk 5 steps from the bar with 2 drinks and we were charged 12.5% for her trouble. Also on check out there was £16 per night charge, supposedly for housekeeping. We disputed this and had it removed. If I want to leave some cash for the room attendant I will do so. We enjoyed our stay but there is a lot of competition in London hotels, so we may or may not use it again We
