Wir waren 4 Nächte in dem Tropik Resort in der Villa Susan mit Außenpool und Außenwhirlpool und wir waren absolut begeistert. Zur Lage: Das Resort liegt 2 Fahrminuten vom traumhaften Strand Selong Belanak entfernt. Es wird ein kostenloser Shuttle Service zum Strand angeboten. Das Resort ist für Ruhesuchende perfekt geeignet. Es gibt ein paar sehr gute Restaurants in der Umgebung von anderen Hotels wobei das Restaurant der Villa auch hervorragend ist. Wer mal einen Tag mehr Trubel haben möchte kann ca. 30 Minuten nach Kuta fahren. Dort findet man dann auch größere Supermärkte und ein aktives Nachtleben. Zur Villa: Die Villa ist luxuriös eingerichtet und bietet einen Außenpool und beheizten Außenwhirlpool eine freistehende Badewanne eine Regendusche. Die Villa ist absolut neu und in einem top Zustand. Der Poolbereich ist von außen nicht einsehbar und man genießt 100% Privatsphäre. Man hat so viele nützliche Extras wie z.B einen Außengrill, ein gemütliches Gasfeuer, Lautsprecher die man mit seinem Handy verbinden kann, Eiswürfelspender, Side by Side Kühlschrank usw. Zum Service: Der Service war das Absolute Highlight an unserem Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns so willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter war durchgehend bemüht uns zufrieden zu stellen. Es gibt eine WhatsApp Gruppe wo man zb sein Essen bestellen kann oder Anliegen melden kann. Die Reaktionszeit war unter 5 Minuten. Wir sind seit 3 Wochen in Indonesien unterwegs und hatten mehrere Unterkünfte aber hier war der Service einfach am Besten !

Wir gingen mit meiner Frau nach Lombok und blieben bei der Sieben Havens Residence. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Manager Mr Wawan war auch sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Das Himmels Haven Zimmer war riesig, sauber und schön und wir hatten einen unglaublichen Blick von ihm. Das Frühstück war so schmeckhaft und viele Wahlen. Wir genossen wirklich unseren Aufenthalt in Seven Havens Residence, an dem besten Ort, um in Lombok zu bleiben 😎 Kann kaum warten, um zurückzukommen!

Schöner Ort, um in der Mitte der Stadt zu bleiben! Der Pool hat einen sehr schönen Blick und ich kann auch von dort Berg Rinjani sehen. Das Personal ist freundlich, die Zimmer sind sauber, aber vielleicht muss das Essen für das Variable Menü aktualisiert werden. insgesamt sehr empfohlen!

Es scheint, dass es RedDoorz geworden ist, so dass ich mir sicherer bin, weil es ok ist. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, ich bin überrascht, ein Zimmer wie das zu erhalten für den Preis 200k. Das ist in der Mitte der Stadt des Wasserfalls direkt in der Antenne senggigi und dem Flughafen, so dass es ok ist.

Das einzige kleine Problem ist das Hotel etwas veraltet in Bezug auf Ausstattung, Möbel. Sonst hat das Hotel eine gute Strandlage (Bewahrung von versteckten Felsen und unbewahrten Strand) ruhig für Heilung aufgrund seiner ruhigen Atmosphäre.

Das Hotel hat direkten Strandzugang, sodass man schön am Strand entlang spazieren kann. Zudem ist der Pool unfassbar groß und somit perfekt, um auch ein paar Bahnen schwimmen zu können oder sich einfach nur mit Blick aufs Meer zu erfrischen. Es gibt mehrere verschiedene Pools mit unterschiedlichsten Liegemöglichkeiten, welche zum Gluck größtenteils im Schatten liegen. Das Badezimmer war ein absoluter Traum! Riesig groß, modern, tolle indirekte Beleuchtung, usw. Der Service ist extrem zuvorkommend und freundlich, der Hotelmanager und alle Angestellten tun alles, um die Gäste zufrieden zu sehen. Beim Frühstück kann man von einer großen Karte so viel bestellen wie man möchte und es gibt wirklich alles - Quasi wie ein Buffet, nur dass man selber nicht aufstehen und sich anstellen muss. Eins der größten Highlights war die „Warm Stone Massage“ im Spa - Der Spa selber ist schon beeindruckend, aber die Massage war die beste, die ich je bekommen habe! Absolut empfehlenswert!

AAnonymer BenutzerI’m going to start w the positives. Amber is in a beautiful location on a private beach with nothing around. The walkways are lush with blooming banana trees and pineapple plants. I used the spa everyday while I was there. The treatments were all wonderful and in a peaceful ambiance.
The staff was very friendly from the front office to the walkways and in the restaurant. The restaurant was very understaffed on Saturday night for the bbq dinner. The servers were great they just needed more hands on the floor. It seemed the manager of the restaurant just sat up front on his phone all the time.
The hotel is very family oriented and I didn’t pick up on that at my time of booking. Kids running and screaming all day long. Parents, nanny’s and staff yelling for children that were running around wild all day. At Breakfast, lunch/pool time & dinner they were multiple family’s just letting the kids run around everywhere. There wasn’t any peaceful time at the pool to read or relax. At 1 point there were 12 small children at the pool on Sunday. The one day I didn’t got to the pool because it was so crowded.
I love the room when I checked in but that faded quickly. Lots of mosquitoes in the room. I killed at least 10 by hand and every time I left I sprayed the poison can they left in the room. The bathroom had a terrible smell all the time.
The bedding was dirty dirty not stained it was unwashed. I left the clean room sign on the door all day I figured by the time I got back from my massage it would of been by 4:30 and it was not.
The comforter was covered up by the blanket and never changed since prior guests. It had blood marks that had not been washed for who knows how long.
I was bit by something in the night on my face around 3:30am and my face swelled up. I turned the light on but couldn’t see any insects. It hurt so bad. I told the front desk the next morning and they got me an ointment to put on it. It was swollen for days and very painful.
I had expectations that it would of been amazing but it wasn’t.
My food was all delicious, the restaurant staff was very nice and friendly, the spa was great but the structure of the hotel has a lot to work on for the price. I’ve been in lombok for 2 months and I’ve never seen so many small children.
If it was advertised as kid friendly I would of picked somewhere else.
Even at check out a family was also leaving and 2 of the 3 kids were crying and I said there has been kids screaming and crying every hour for the 3 days I was there.
Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the rooms
For the money there are many better options in south lombok

Die Wahrheit ist, dass das nicht der Fall ist! Es befindet sich in einer sehr armen Gegend in der Mitte der Insel, wo die lokalen Menschen ihre Müll einschließlich Kunststoff verbrennen. Der Geruch ist überall, in Ihrem Zimmer auch nachts und es verbrennt in Ihren Augen. Das Hotel wird von einer Gruppe sehr junger, unprofessioneller Jungs geführt und ich möchte betonen, dass sie wirklich freundlich, freundlich und hilfreich sind und versuchen, ihr Bestes zu tun. Sie bereiten auch Frühstück in einer Küche, die scheiße! Daher habe ich lieber das Frühstück an einem richtigen Ort, obwohl das Frühstück enthalten war. Siehe die beigefügten Fotos, um einen Eindruck zu erhalten, was Sie erwarten und besser ein anderes Hotel wählen, wenn Sie Ihren Urlaub genießen möchten. Ich musste 400 € für 3 Nächte zahlen, es ist nicht die Hälfte des Preises wert. Ich versuchte eine Erstattung zu erhalten, aber das Hotel akzeptierte es nicht. Sie sehen das Hotel offensichtlich als eine Barko und nicht ein Ort, wo ihre Gäste sich wohlfühlen sollten. Das war sehr frustrierend! Am Ende Trip.com akzeptierte meine Beschwerde und bot mir Hilfe. Meine Empfehlung: Wählen Sie ein Hotel am Strand, es gibt so viele!

GGuest UserSehr sicher ist das beste Hotel in Senggigi, oder sogar in Lombok, sowohl durch Service und Design. Versuchen Sie den Schwimmbad, und gehen Sie zum Strandclub unten. Es gibt auch eine Galerie, die Dinge wie Bikini, Hut, Sandalen usw. zu einem sehr vernünftigen Preis verkauft. Kudos an den Entwickler und Management.

We had an incredible stay at Meno Island Villas! We had the 2-bedroom, private pool villa and stayed for almost a week. 'Google', Din, Yan, and As were awesome hosts, super friendly and always smiling, they went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and fun. Our rooms were very comfortable, and had everything we needed. We loved using our private pool 3/4 times per day. We also had breakfast included each morning, with a good menu to choose from. It also happened to be my birthday during our stay, and the guys went out of their way to not let me forget it! They also catered to our every need, helping us carry our bags, ordering and delivering food like 'room service' from across the island, a never-ending supply of Bintangs, helping us get the best prices on tours, the service was better than I would expect at home. Could not be more complimentary!! In terms of location, getting around Gili Meno was easy, we walked everywhere (but you can take a horse and cart). You can also rent a bike, but be warned, some areas (particularly on the tracks closest to the ocean) are very sandy, so you would have to get off and walk those, but the further inland you go the more ridable the tracks. Meno Island Villas is pretty much in the centre of the island, so its close to everything. It's roughly 10mins walk to the west coast where the best snorkelling spots are (statues and turtles) as well as all the good bars/restaurants on the island. It's maybe 12mins walk the other way to the east coast where the port is, and probably 15mins to the top of the island where the best sunrise/sunset is. We explored Gili Air and Gili Trawangan on day trips as well which 'Google' helped us organise, and these were very enjoyable, I'd highly recommend going to both of them too. Gili Meno is definitely the quietest of the 3 islands (particularly during the evenings) if that is what you're after, but the snorkelling spots are PACKED during the day. A local described the islands as Meno is the honeymoon island, Trawangan is the party island and Air is the mushroom island! Getting between the islands is very easy. I suggest approaching people directly yourself though, don't go through the shuttle companies and pay 450pp, we averaged 250 for 4 people on private boats, so you can definitely negotiate pretty heavily. In the end, we had an amazing time, filled with great memories and we didn't want to leave!

GGuest UserDas Frühstück war nicht unglaublich fancy, aber es tat gut und hatte schöne Touchs wie echtes Weizenbrot. In der Nähe von vielen Geschäften und Straßenrestauranten gibt es nicht viel für Touristen in dieser Stadt, aber dies ist wahrscheinlich die beste Nachbarschaft, in der Sie passieren. Das Zimmer war schön und sauber, nur schlechter Teil war die Mattress notwendig Ersatz. Vielleicht, wenn Dinge nach einer Pandemie auftauchen, werden sie das reparieren.

GGuest UserWe stayed here in March 2023. The hotel was empty apart from us taking up 2 rooms (unless we missed other guests). The hotel was lovely but it was just very tired. It really does need some updating, but we totally understand that what with Covid and the earthquakes Lombok suffered, recovery has been slow. The rooms were clean and tidy. Only issue we had was that we struggled with the wifi. Each time it went out, we contacted reception and they managed to get it going again, but it was a regular gripe that it would only last for a short time and then have to be reset. Not the end of the world, but we did chose a hotel with wifi as we need to be in contact with work. Due to the lack of guests at the hotel they were running a very limited menu which wasn’t even open of an evening. Again, we understand that the costs of keeping it open for the minimal guests is not cost effective. However, we would have liked to know before we booked. Luckily, we found a very lovely restaurant (The Office) just over the road. Our friends had been here twice in previous years and therefore know how lovely this hotel used to be. We hope it manages to recover and get back to where it once was.

GGuest UserDie Unterkunft ist nur von der Main Street, die schön ist. Wir blieben in einem der Bungalows, die den Pool übersehen, war sehr nett. Personal war sehr hilfreich und versuchte, alles zu tun, was sie konnten, um Ihre Zeit besser zu machen.
Nur unten ist der 5am-Aufruf von der lokalen Moschee, aber ich glaube, dass die ganze Insel mit Sprechern bedeckt ist, so ist es fast unmöglich, nicht durch das stören. Ich würde diese Unterkunft jedoch nicht aus diesem Grund abzeichnen, es ist nur ziemlich unglücklich.

GGuest UserWir waren nur für 1 Nacht für Wochenende, reserviert mehr als 5 Zimmer für Familie und Kinder. Trotz der Pandemie scheint Jayakarta mit Veranstaltungen beschäftigt zu werden (Workshop, Hochzeit usw.) und natürlich viele Gäste wurden während des Wochenendes (Klingt gut zu). Während des Frühstücks scheint es jedoch nicht zu sorgen und die Aufsicht über Senioren zu verhindern. 80% der Mitarbeiter, die während des Frühstücks verantwortlich waren, waren trainiert. Egg Station, Pancake & waffle Station, sogar ”gorengan” Station, die von Trainern geführt wurde, die ihr Trainingsprogramm gerade in 5 Tagen begonnen und es gab keine Senioren, die dort überwachten. 100% Gäste waren Indonesisch (lokal). wir standen in einer Menge nur für Gorengan und Omelet, es gab keine Kennzeichnung von Warteschlange, keine Motto ”erst kommen erst servieren” oder ”menjaga jarak” Ich bestellte, Trainer sagte ”Warte, oder wir liefern zu Ihrem Tisch”. Weniger als 5 Minuten kam ich zurück, aber ein anderer Gast nahm meinen Gorengan. Trainer sagte: “Warte, wir bringen Sie zum Tisch”. Ich kam zurück, sie sagte: “Gorengan hat nur zu einem falschen Tisch geliefert” (ich sigh). Ich bestellte sie wieder und sagte ihr, sie wäre weniger als 5 Minuten zurück. Als ich zurückkam, Gorengan hat von einem anderen Gast genommen. Ich beschloss, in Gorengan Stall zu warten, und noch ein anderer Gast nahm den Gorengan, noch mehr gab es kein einziges Wort von dem Trainer, der den Gast zu “in Linie zu kommen”, und es dauerte 1 Stunde, nur 5 Stücke Gorengan * nach dem Kampf und Ich hatte keine Ahnung, ob der Trainer nicht verstand, dass er zuerst gekommen war, zuerst zu dienen, oder nicht bemerkt, wer in einer Warteschlange zu servieren ist (Hat der Exekutivchef & FBM Ihr Trainer getraind, wie man die Menge zu beherrschen?). Hotel sollte mehr über PIC in einer crowd station besorgt sein, zumindest könnte die Besetzung während des besetzten Wochenendes voraussehen, DW zu werben oder den Arbeiter (WFH) erinnert, die Fähigkeiten und wissen, wie man die Menge nur zu helfen während des Wochenendes. Die Gäste waren wirklich nicht um ”in die Linie” kümmern, was eine Schande auf dem Gast, der sich auf die Linie zu beharren, aber ”ditikung” gehalten. Die Entschuldigung für ”wir sind sehr bedauerlich, es waren viele Gäste” sollte nicht passieren, wenn Senioren in einer ”Favorit” bezahlt werden Standort für lokale Gäste. Lassen Sie Ihren Gäste niemals unzufrieden lassen

Wenn Sie die Gili-Inseln entdecken, sollten Sie das Inselleben in vollen Zügen genießen. Dies kann perfekt durch den Aufenthalt in einer Strandhütte erreicht werden. Wir haben das im Santorini Beach Resort gemacht und es war auf jeden Fall eine lustige Erfahrung! Jede Hütte verfügt über eine eigene kleine Terrasse, ein Zimmer mit Bett, Fernseher, Schreibtisch und Kühlschrank sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Das Hotel verfügt über einen schönen, erfrischenden Pool und Zugang zum Strand. Der Fahrradverleih ist kostenlos, was großartig ist! Wir können die Nutzung dieses Dienstes nur wärmstens empfehlen, da Sie so die Insel erkunden und alles entdecken können, was sie zu bieten hat. Das Frühstück wird morgens je nach Wunsch frisch zubereitet, was ein wirklich netter Service ist. Vielen Dank für die wundervolle Zeit im Santorini Beach Resort auf der Insel!

Die Frühstücksbuffer war die BEST, die wir bislang in unserer Reise hatten - das Essen in der Bademarie war nicht nur frisch und schmackvoll - sondern war HOT mit einer wunderbaren Auswahl an Gerichten zu wählen. Die Meerblicke aus unserem Zimmer waren göttlich, mit einer wirklich coolen Dusche mit Blick - ich hatte eine himmlisch lange Hot Dusche (ja ich liebe heiße Lebensmittel & heiße Dusche & es ist oft nicht immer in einigen der anderen Resorts verfügbar).
