Zdecydowanie polecam

Hotel świetnie położony, przy samej Piotrkowskiej. Pokoje ok. Śniadania standardowe. Czystość na najwyższym poziomie.

Hotel w centrum Łódź przy ulicy Piotrkowskiej to atut. Okna na ruchliwa ulicę powodują że od wczesnego rana słychać tramwaje. Śniadanie uważam za średnie, podobne jak w każdej sieci hoteli o średnim standardzie. Oprócz podstaw były gofry, które samemu trzeba sobie zrobić. Śniadanie do godz. 10tej i obsługa szybko sprząta po tej godzinie. Pokoje małe ale za to duży telewizor. Łóżka wygodne i duży prysznic to plusy.

Das Hotel wurde erst einige Tage vor meinem Besuch eröffnet, einige Prozesse klappen noch nicht so, AMEX wurde vom Lesegerät nicht akzeptiert, keine Stadtpläne vorhanden, Fragen zur Tourismusinformation konnten auch nicht gegeben werden. Ich bin mir sicher, dass dies sich bald bessern wird. Mein Zimmer war sehr modern eingerichtet im Hampton-Standard. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der schönen Piotrkowska-Straße mit vielen Restaurants und Shops. In der Nähe gibt es auch ein modernes Einkaufszentrum. Die Anreise per Bahn ist auf Grund der Lage der Lodzer Bahnhöfe nur über Taxi oder Grab/Uber möglich.

On transit to Lublin. Nice and clean hotel in the center of Lodz. Modern building and rooms. Standard rooms are not big but sufficient. If needed you can sleep 3 or 4 in one room. Shower is clean and big. No bath for me but don’t need one. Friendly staff and sufficient fluent in English. The selection for breakfast is extensive. Warm and cold. Flaky croissants. And coffee to go if you want. Nice place and worth the money

This hotel appears to be brand new. The reception isn't located at the entrance, which might be confusing at first. To reach it, you need to enter a glass corridor and find the elevator, but the hotel itself is right off the main street, making it incredibly convenient for transportation. Plus, being right next to Piotrkowska Street is a major bonus—a beautiful area to explore. The rooms are surprisingly spacious. I was fortunate to have a corner room, so the view was very pleasant. The windows are well-insulated, which ensures a quiet stay despite the bustling surroundings. Breakfast is served in a classic style, and they even offer waffles, which was a delightful surprise. The reception staff was very friendly and accommodating. I appreciate when managing invoices is hassle-free, as it can sometimes be a challenge, but here it was handled smoothly. On the downside, there was a bit of dust behind the TV, and there's not much space to slide your hand through, but overall, it didn't disrupt the overall impression. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location in Centre of Lodz right next to 'Piotrkowska Centrum' tram station and had no problem getting a taxi from Lodz Widzew train station to the hotel. After checking in l was in total shock as my room was on the 5th floor with a city view also had fridge as the two previous Hampton by Hilton hotels did not. Had a king size bed and standard of the room is what you would expect to find in a Hilton Hotel l was so happy as my booking was for a 14-night stay. Happy to point out you will hear a rumbling noise as this is cause by trams crossing the intersection near the tram station and had no problem with sleeping at night. The city view was amazing the bed was comfortable and the room amenities were great as were the cleaning staff and breakfast was convenient. If you like shopping, you are in walking distance to Galeria Lodzka or catch a tram to Manufaktura shopping mall. Restaurants, Bars, Convenience stores, some of the best Street Art you will find is nearby great for photography. Could not believe how helpful the front desk staff were and at times went out of their way to help me which l really did appreciate so much as it did make my stay more enjoyable and another reason for a return visit.

I have stayed at your property several times previously. As a matter of fact, I'm writing this review from the sixth floor of your hotel right now. Generally, this is a good hotel...service, food, ambience, etc. My question is this....how can you allow this to be acceptable?! Check out these photos. This is the entrance to YOUR hotel! My wife and I checked in on Sunday afternoon and this trash can in front of your hotel has not been emptied in two days, and has only continued to become more and more full to the point of overflowing! It is now early Tuesday morning. Once again...check out the photos. Has no one in management walked by this trash can in two days and said, " Wow, I should tell some one on the staff to empty it." Hilton standards? I don't think so. I've stayed in great Hiltons around Poland and the world. I'm just saying....if you want to be success in the hospitality business...take care of these type of details. People are paying good money for a good experience.

This hotel is brand new and shiny, still smelling with fresh paint. Everything was perfect: the location at the very centre of Łódź, a beautiful and clean room, friendly staff at the bar and tasty breakfasts. What personally touched me was a framed vinyl record on the wall in my room :-) In my opinion this hotel is more than 3* and I will definitely choose for my future stays in Łódź. The only remark I have is that the way to the hotel lobby could be marked slightly better. The lobby is not on the ground level and it's not obvious that you have to take a lift and press the L button to get there.
